S.Absolutely love the team, the classes and the environment at F45 in the Mount. Regardless of what is scheduled in the day laid before me, if I start it off a with a morning class at F45, it sets me on the right track. The team are super friendly and supportive and every class provides an opportunity to push yourself further than the last. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

P.I wish I could rate Nicole and Brett higher than 5, they’re such amazing owners / coaches and have made me feel so welcome to the studio. Nicole even sends me text messages to keep me accountable to the goals I’ve set with her. The trainers make it so fun and always happy to coach me through any movements I’m unsure about. There are weekly goals alongside our challenges and always something new happening in the studio. Love this studio to bits, thanks for having me and making me so welcome 👍🏻

Love the variety that each workout brings. All the thinking and planning is done, you just have to turn up and work out.
For someone that has struggled with keeping the consistency of gym workouts, this has been the solution for me.
R.Trainers are great, and I love the studio. Nice to have doors that can open, and the best giant fans ever when it's really hot! I haven't felt this strong for over ten years, and it's all to do with the sessions, and atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more!

C.A real community feel, a fun way to get active regardless of your start fitness levels or ability. The trainers are skilled at adjusting the workouts for any injuries or physical limitations you may have. Highly recommend giving it a go 💪🏼
J.I LOVE the studio Erica and her team have set up. There is SUCH a big range of ability and fitness in the classes, but Erica and co always manage to give everyone the attention and advice they need to improve. Whatever injuries or niggles you have, they go round adapting exercises to ensure you are still working all the muscle groups safely. They are ALWAYS smiling and friendly, too. It's easy to get to Tawa St in The Mount, there's masses of parking and lots of light and fresh air in the studio which is unusual for studios and gyms. I am a CONVERT!!!

L.F45 is the perfect work out for any level, I still find it a challenge even as I get fitter and stronger but it's achievable. Its friendly, motivating and gets results. The Mount Studio is amazing!
A.Love the team here and love the workouts!! I have a very short attention span and get bored easily, so luckily the workouts are always different and really quick paced/always moving to a different move. Gives me a tonne of energy for the day 😄 Plus they don’t mind when you ask a million questions 😜

Suitable for all ages and abilities, you get results FAST, beware, it is highly addictive, so give it a try, you have nothing to lose and will leave on a high!!
K.It’s the best! Every workout will challenge you and make you sweat. If you’re new to exercise you can take it slow and all you’ll get is support from everyone around you and if you are already fit and want a tough workout then look no further, this is the real deal!! Highly recommend it.
