Float Fitness is the only studio in Mount Maunganui that offers Antigravity Yoga and Cross Core classes. Its a very reasonable price and the trainers are very friendly and professional. They make everybody feel welcome. The results are in the pictures Ive posted. Check them out, then go and check out Float Fitness downtown the Mount, it does not disappoint!

I was a little "shy" of doing a group class but was dragged along, (kicking and screaming) by my lovely partner to the U Bound class (with the mini trampolines) and have to say it was AWESOME. The instructor was incredibly supportive of this unco newbie giving me excellent "direction" and I will be back and cant wait to try more classes !!!

Absolutely love this place. So many different options and amazing teachers. My favourite classes are; crosscore on Wednesday night at 5:15pm with Rob Binns - it's an amazing mix of fun, laughter and excercise 💪💪💪💪. And finishing off the night relaxing in Yin Yoga with Abbey 🧘‍♀️.

Float is a unique studio that has so much to offer a range of people. From when I first started the AntiGravity classes I was hooked. It is such an amazing way to move and stretch using the hammock to support but also learn really fun cool tricks. It has challenged me and also helped find a space to chill out. The cross core classes are also amazing. I've grown strength in ways I've never thought possible. They also have massage which is such a perfect compliment. I couldn't rate this place high enough. It's a must try!!!

All the classes at Float are amazing. Crosscore and suspension fitness are a brilliant way to train. You can work and strengthen muscles in a unique way. It really is for everyone as you can work to your personal end of range. Bravo Float Fitness

It's a relaxing atmosphere. There are always different classes which you can try. The people are friendly where you can make friends and have a nice time.
