S.Kids absolutely loved it and the time went really fast. Really well priced and great value. Super safe and easy to use for kids of all ages. Friendly and helpful staff onsite to help out and whilst we didn't utilize the Cafe, it's great to have somewhere parents can grab a coffee if they're not climbing.
k.Had a really awesome outing with 2 kids (6 and 8) here. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We did the extra slide and jumps and the girls absolutely loved it! The kids area is awesome for adult climbing too if you're not a serious climber, I got the kids clipped up then enjoyed myself too! Really appreciate the service, easy booking and great facilities.
S.Very happy with the experience.we took 4 kids 10 and under with two adults which was just about enough. In terms that you should really shackle and unshackle for all the climbs. But you get the feel for it quite quick. Lots of good climbs and varied on the clip and climb. Definitely recommended. You have an hour and that really is a lot of climbing and unshackling for kids and parents alike.value good too.

I.This is a really good place for a day out, I've taken my kids a couple of times now. Was just a bit disappointed with the lack of attention from the staff. We arrived 20 minutes before our booked time as was the instructions when we booked. But we were pretty much forgotten about as the 4 or 5 staff seemed to be having a meeting at the front counter. So after waiting for 20 minutes I had to ask if we could go in and we were finally sent through, then the staff all disappeared again. There was no-one at all supervising the climbers the whole time we were there, so when we wanted to do the extra activities we'd paid for we had to wait again. This effectively cut our climbing time down by 10 minutes which is a shame when you pay for an hour. Still a good day out but would be nice if the staff showed a bit of interest in the customers.
B.Great place with a whole range of different walls to climb with varying degrees of difficulty. Belay system was simple and effective, didn't require a staff member to be there providing assistance so was quick and easy.

a.Love this place however generally feel its under staffed. Offering a cafe service is fantastic for parents however having to wait so long to recive coffee and offering add on services that can only be used after your full hour long session is abit rough as some kids can not last this long

S.I was recently at a birthday party here. Such an amazing place to spend the day with your family and friends. Step out of your comfort zone and try the leap of faith and fear fall and overcome your fear. Such a great confidence builder for anyone. The amount of energy that has been put into this business and the knowledgeable friendly staff is a true reflection of the owners. Highly recommended.
J.The facilities are Great and the staff were great! The prices are not good value for money. The lack of staff on the floor of the climbing wall section checking on new climbers and how safe they were was non existent. This maybe a one off and the review is snap shot on the day.
M.What an amazing set up, took our son for his 8th birthday with his older sister and two of his buddies, they had an absolute blast. All the climbs are crazy and colourful but with the same climb up and drop down theme, once the kids had done it a couple of times you could see their confidence levels climbing. Safety briefing beforehand, supervised harness fitting, helmets for the one or two that might end with a bumped head. Good pricing and a well equipped cafe for spectators with an upstairs viewing area to watch the action, or if you'd rather stay close to the kids you can do that too. Very impressed!
V.Very impressed with the setup. Took our 6-year-old daughter who is usually nervous to try new things. The safe environment encouraged her to step out of her comfort zone and she had a great time. We'll be back!
F.Amazing place, took my 13yo granddaughter and a friend, they spent the whole session climbing and loved it. Plus a great little cafe for us grandma's that just have to have a coffee before watching. Highly recommended this venue. Fantastic
S.SO MUCH FUN!! The staff are awesomely friendly and there are courses for adults and for kids. Definitely worth it to pay a little extra for the giant slide and the leap of faith.
The food was a bit slow (it seemed to be a little short on staff) but the chips and ice cream soda I got were both brilliant!

C.Great place to safely practice rock climbing. Their walls are great for a variety of skills levels. Quite liked the friendly service and the great teaching. Only took one point off since the automatic belaying machines have an initial drop which makes the journey down not very smooth, this needs to be changed.

S.This is an awesome place if you want to do any climbing. There are sessions everyone even for those who are keen and serious. Great vibe, nice coffee. Super friendly staff and coaches.

Theres a whole other room thats cool but only for parties or something.
Bouldering room is messy. Dont recomend.

G.the kids loved it and we went in the school holidays during CoVid-19 alert 1. unfortunately due to sharing helmets in all the children without cleaning in between or changing during sessions my kids now have nits. process of elimination puts it down to rocktopia. would be good to see a change in helmets by use of plastic shower caps, spray between use, change between sessions...
R.Shame the routes aren't set a better, most have very awkward moves. Cool place with friendly staff but routes are a bit of a let down.

K.ROCKTOPIA IS FANTASTIC. Just had ours sons Birthday party there, they were so hospitable and made the party run so smooth.The kids had a blast climbing sliding and leaping and the use of the party room is so easy. Will definitely be back for another Birthday party.

T.A great little centre, however we went on a hot day and there was no air conditioning. It was extremely hot! & uncomfortable which ruined the experience.
