One of the best things I have ever done for myself. 😁😁😁 Workouts are intense and challenging, but super fun and rewarding. The music is always on point. Coaches make you feel very welcome everytime you walk in for a workout! You can't go wrong in choosing UBX as your gym. Definitely recommend it. 🤩😍

The coaches are highly engaging making every effort so you feel welcome, challenged and supported, pushing limits and perfecting techniques so you get the best out of every work out. It’s like you have your very own PT. This has been a huge point of difference to other gym experiences Iv had. I love the full body training broken down into 12 3 minute rounds and all done in 45 minutes, unless of course your up for double rounds! And nothing feels better than smashing the boxing bag or better still getting some time on the pads. Every session is accompanied by good music and great vibes. 🥊

UBX is, hands down, the BEST gym I’ve ever joined. Not only do you get an awesome and effective workout, but it’s HEAPS of fun and the coaches are just the best. It doesn’t feel like work to get my workout into the day, and I’ve made so many lasting friends there.

Hands down best gym out there. If you’ve got no motivation to work out, all you have to do is get there. The staff and the other members continuously bring the vibes, & motivate you to get through your 12 rounds with a smile time and time again! If you’re thinking about joining a gym, do yourself a favour and get in for a trial at UBX!

Can not recommend this gym enough. Super motivating coaches and environment with a different work out each day. Constantly getting stronger and seeing awesome improvements in my boxing technique. Flexible opening hours with a “turn up and go” approach. Everyone should give UBX a try.

Really enjoy this kind of "jump in" training - where you aren't restricted by set start times - so if you're running late to class, you can still jump right in. Also if you're needing to feel that extra burn you can keep going a few extra rounds. The staff and coaches are extremely supportive and foster a strong community. They are very goal focused and help you get to where you want to be, wether its fitter, stronger or just wanna lose a few extra pounds. Highly recommend, even if you're never tried boxing before, the staff and structure of the training make it really easy to "punch in" and get started.

The perfect gym if you want to be better, Cardio training,weight lifting, and boxing is so easy there. The crew is amazing, human people always ready to help or advise and the screen make the training by yourself easier. As I said the perfect gym.

Cracking gym run by a cracking team. Really pleased my wife and I joined up. It's hard work and varied and I think we're both motived to go and keep going which is what we didn't have at the last gym. People are friendly and encouraging and love the fact that we aren't set to class times. Highly recommend.

What can I say, from the welcome at the door to the encouragement at every turn nothing beats this place for consistency and culture. The convenience of no fixed start time allows for the extra snooze on the alarm or a delay because of the kids not being a problem. 200 sessions and counting, 300 here I come! thanks guys you rock!!
