P. W.City Fitness works well for me not least because CF has facilities in quite a few other towns. Good for travellers. They also have similar equipment which makes sticking to a programme easy.

o.Good gym , relaxed vibe, lots of space and equipment, however the men's showers have a cleaning issue where they never seem to get cleaned , peaces of rubbish and plasters in there sometimes 2 weeks or more , sort the cleaning issue and its a 5 star facility

N. R.Cheap, 24hrs for $7 pw. Lots of parking. Lots of room inside. 2 or 3 of the same weight machines so less chance of missing out. Sauna and lots of showers
W. N.Modern equipment and it has pretty much all the facilities you'd expect in a gym these days. Sad part is that I had to take a shower in a pretty disgusting shower, with visible snot that had been wiped on the wall and dried up.
