R.Next level coaches. The staff here are super friendly, supportive and interested in hearing/ helping you reach your fitness goals. They are super knowledgeable and are able to cater exercises to suit everyone. They are big on form and spend the time making sure you have perfected each exercise. I have met some incredible friends here. There are all Sorts of strength levels, ages and body types. Definitely a cool place to go if you have felt lost or intimidated at other gyms before.
S.I joined F45 Napier over a year ago after doing the 7 day trail and it’s fair to say I am absolutely hooked. The coaches are so supportive, they meet you where you are at and there is no pressure to do anything you aren’t ready for. The studio is full of friendly faces who are nothing but supportive and, encouraging. Group training is awesome for this. I love that the fitness is functional and I find myself able to move more freely effectively in my every day life. If you are on the fence about if joining is right for you, give it a go. You won’t regret it.
L.I couldn't praise this F45 branch more! The team is an incredible bunch who make you feel welcome, and who ensure that they keep you on your toes and encourage you to do better with each session, but never push you into something you don't want to or can't do. The equipment is great, the range of exercises is fantastic, and the atmosphere they create keeps me motivated and coming back for more. And most importantly, I've definitely noticed the results! Strongly recommend!
R.Amazing gym, incredible coaches and great atmosphere....not to mention super workouts that are challenging but so rewarding. F45 has now become a natural and amazing addition to my life and I cannot recommend it enough. I'd never stepped foot in a gym until I started here and now I'm hooked. Love the coaches and all they do for me individually as well as every other member.
M.Best Gym! Love F45 Napier, not just for the amazing service but these guys really care, the coaches get to know you on your own level and the service they provide is second to none. They have a holistic approach to helping you achieve your goals as well as a welcoming community that is fun to be apart of!
E.I really enjoy the atmosphere and the motivational environment the coaches do there. They really try to get you of your comfort zone, every time you go there you learn new exercises and get to meet new plp who are on similar journeys as yours. The only that I would really want more is to have a recovery class. We had these during lockdown on either the Saturday or Sunday and were actually very relaxing to have when you have done a whole hard week of work and workouts.

After giving my all to everyone and everything else in my life I decided it was time to start taking care of myself. And F45 Napier was the best step I could have taken. Fun, caring coaches and community all supporting you to achieve your goals. I have gained essential knowledge about fitness, nutrition and wellbeing over these past two years that are leading me into an exciting future of good health. So grateful! Take that first step, you owe it to yourself and you will not regret it xxx
