R.Training here kind of feels like a spa date.
Except that you happen to get a massive workout 🤣.
Flower and the team provide a really premium experience.
The bathrooms are nice and clean, there's a place to put your bags and clothes, there's the option for a shower with heated floors. I feel very cared for when they check in about my energy levels and things. One time I came in on a slightly full stomach and they were able to adjust the workout so I didn't hate it 😆
EMS is a terrific type of workout and a great alternative to the traditional gym for so many reasons. For me the biggest perks are that it's highly personalised to ANY situation, it's guided, and you only have to do 20 minutes every week.
If you've done EMS before, other perks of training here are that you can book and reschedule via an online portal, it's really central and close to transport if you need it, they use heated water on the suits (this is probably a must have in Nelson, but coming from Brisbane this was very novel!) and Flower has heaps of experience with EMS - it's a newer type of workout so there aren't many experienced people around.
Being able to do EMS in Nelson with such a great team and space...it has been a real haven.
D.I can't train legs , due to accident and really bad knees. So I added this to my GYM training and now I train legs and bum. It is Fun, very short and intense and I am very happy with the results. I do it now twice a week , that is how much I like it and the result. The team is super friendly and helpful.
M.I have been doing EMS training for the past year and absolutely love it!! I have never felt so strong and prefer it to conventional gym training. Added bonus it's only for 20 mins! Having a one on one with a personal trainer makes it a warm welcoming place go come and want and train, so much so that I'm now working here!
D.I workout regularly in standard gyms... but let me tell you... this 20minutes full-body workout is out of this world... Loved it!
R.Training at Bodywave is intense,fast and fun. The high I get from it lasts a couple of days and I can honestly say that I never feel better than just after a session! This type of training has sorted a lot of body issues for me
