A gym that really cares about their members! The staff and coaches will make you feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommended! Ask for Dan, if you‘re looking for a Personal Trainer that helps you pursue your fitness goals or rehabilitate after an injury. And if you like Yoga, then definitely check out Becci‘s class!

For its small size it is pretty good. It has all the basic equipment your average gym user would need. The bumbbells go up to 45kg and there is a squat rack/bench press/free weights area plus fixed weight machines. It's clean and tidy and is rarely busy, even at peak times. Best gym in the area. I would give it 5 stars if it had a couple of extra pieces of equipment but nothing too major

Even though I only managed to get here a couple of times, great facilities and a very kind lady at the front desk. Will be renewing my membership once we are back in Paihia next month.
