G. F.It was a big shed with all the weights and barbells that you would want for varying degrees of exercise that the gym offers. I was there for the Strength & Balance class that is normally held at the Lido clubrooms or poolside by the 25m pool. Tomorrow is the circuits class out there in the morning.Thsnks to Renee for hosting the class as she always does.
