Xalt has been a life changer for me. I started at Xalt with tired aching legs, weight gain, too exhausted to even start getting fit, constant colds and headaches, high blood sugar and BP to healthy, fit and a confidence to achieve any physical goal I set my mind to. I have learnt healthy eating to suit my body type, good hydration, exercise smart not hard, how to use simple tests to keep my health on track and much more. I recommend Barbara at Xalt for her work including good health advice, injury prevention and recovery, motivation and assisting with advanced sport performance.
