Love these classes thankyou Christine you are an inspiration to us all. Pity not advised on facebook that classes had resumed after Covid shutdown for 50 plus. Maybe in future a post would be appreciated as I have missed 2 weeks of classes. Very disappointing

Attend the centre for basketball. Good court and hoops. There is a radio for playing music. Its 24hr which is good but it would be better if it was closer north so I don't have to drive as far. Its next to a cemetery. The police were talking to someone, not sure why but they left shortly after. No rating for tge cemetery

Previously was a 1 star review but they've professionally fixed the issues I've had with one of their PT's that thought it was funny to cancel me 3 times. Levi if you see this review find a different career because you lack of professionalism, respect and you're negatively affecting our community.

Awesome facility. Only there for cardio and the back room is a little small but never crowded, been a max of 4 people in there any time I have been. Lots of kids stuff downstairs in the hall. Earbuds fix that for me though.

Only do pickups from Afterschool Care so don't use gym facilities. A large care facility. Good gymnasium with lots of exit doors. Basketball Hoops on walls and 2 lift able ones for the full court.

The staff are all nice. Basic gym equipment with the weights and cardio seperated to each side. Fun group exercises. I participate in Zumba class that's always fun. Gym is hardly ever fully packed which is great. Finally made it 24/7 yet still cheap as since they made it a $20 one-off payment.

The staff are welcoming and great people..very proud service makes me feel confident inside that i will be successful with there guidance and support throughout my training and challenges also their unique team and skills.

Great gym ambiance it's a working person's club. Friendly staff. Some of the equipment and the toilets and showers need upgrading. The addition of a boxing space with punching and speed bags would be great for personal training and Boxfit classes.

Awesome and never busy only on certain times. I use to work at configure and since it shut have seem so many ladies there come to this gym. I always wondered why. Now i see its because its such a mature gym for more maturer ages. Been to snapfitness, new york, and more. And this onw has to be the one that helps you feel more comfortable 😊.

Well the personal trainers are super cheap...Kiel if u can get him is Gd. The new younger staff though are horrible. Typical rude millennial.Debbie the boss is lovely. Equipment could be better

I take intellectual people to the aerobics class here. Very friendly environment with coaches that have good motivation skills. Our trips are ongoing....

It a good place where many sports for all age kids and adults can take part i.e kids soccer zumba they also have before and after school programs for all age kids school hoiladay programs for kids a gym for all age adults and nice clean shower loo change facinities and so much more check it out
