BOUT is unlike any gym I have been to before in the fact that I now actually love going to the gym! The staff at BOUT are so amazing, and make you feel so welcome. The best part is I am constantly challenged to push myself where I have achieved some things I never thought possible. I highly recommend BOUT, and promise you will never look back!

Highly recommend!! They make you feel so comfortable, you can go at your own paste, no one is there to judge you and you come out sweating.. I mean soaking. I found it hard joining gyms because the motivation wasn’t there, but ever since my first BOUT class I’m eager to get in everyday. I love it!

Highly recommended! It’s has been the single most important and powerful journey for my mental health! A place I can escape the stresses of life and put all my thoughts into the punching bags! It’s not easy but putting yourself first is not easy! Do it for yourself! And the trainers are amazing!
