ReDefined provide fantastic premises for health & wellbeing, I have participated in the yoga, pilates and meditation classes, and can say they are very supportive in all ways. I love the hot & warm yoga classes and the instructors are awesome.

I love the all round approach of this place, focus on all round well being. The instructors/coaches are so friendly and helpful, with help around your form and needs. I really feel that I am finally in the right place to improve my body, mind and life. The mixture of mindfulness as well as a good hard workout is great and is really setting me up to be the best I can be.

Feeling very lucky to have such an awesome place here in Papamoa. It's only been 2 weeks but I'm already feeling fitter, more mobile and grounded. There is something for everyone including Reformer and Mat Pilates, Hot and normal Yoga, Weight training, HIIT as well as meditation, massage and a nutritional expert onsite. My favourites are the Play classes and the Reformer pilates. The team are all super friendly and highly skilled. Coming from a traditional "gym" i also love the fact that I don't need a swipe card to enter, the doors are always open and there's someone genuinely smiley to welcome you in (usually Mel) - Nice work Jimmy and Ben, you've created something special and assembled a great tribe to make it happen. Can't wait to try some more of the classes.

Loving Redefined! I was a bit nervous to join up but so happy I did! It's great for all levels, super supportive and friendly staff! Classes are fun and motivating and great vibes all round!

I joined ReDefined back in October last year with a knee injury that I’ve had for about 18 months. I was a bit worried when joining that my knee would prevent me from doing most exercises and that my knee would never heal. The team has allowed me to progress slowly with exercises, have offered multiple alternatives and have given me the support that I needed to get my training and mindset back on track. Their knowledge for injuries is incredible. My knee strength has improved dramatically since October through Reformer Pilates classes and their Strong Foundations classes. I’m looking forward to attending some of the higher intensity classes in the future. I feel nothing but positivity when I arrive for my classes. Smiling faces and a friendly welcoming atmosphere are always in abundance. I drive daily from the Mount because my mind and body is nurtured here, it’s worth the short drive. If you’ve got an injury that your worried about and your not sure how best to go about getting fit and strong, then the team at ReDefined can help guide and support you. Can’t recommend them enough.

Beth is incredible, I was blown away that within 30 seconds of me lying down on a reformer bed, that she explained to me where I held all my tension, the start of Plantar fasciitis, why my left shoulder sat higher and that I favoured my left hip, which is why I have had bad lower back issues. Beth's classical teachings, has realigned my body, but at the same time lengthened, strengthened and help tone my body. I can't recommend Beth and her team at Redefined enough!!

I don't think any words can do this place justice! There is an excellent range of classes to choose from including yoga, pilates and strength building/endurance type sessions, so there is something for everyone. They cater for every ability and genuinely care about their members which shows, working on personal goals and always ensuring we have the correct form when lifting etc. They are always so encouraging and welcoming. They go above and beyond to provide the best service possible and provide the complete package for your health and wellbeing, for example offering all kinds of workshops and events which are educational and fun, nutritional advice and massage. Redefined is not just somewhere you can go to keep fit, it is the most wonderful community to be a part of and actually amazing for the soul too! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It has become my little sanctuary and I'm sure many others there feel exactly the same. They have worked so hard to make it what it is and it has definitely paid off. I wish you all every success and happiness for the future which you truly deserve and I feel so lucky to have found Redefined and to have met some of the most kind hearted beautiful people.

ReDefined is an amazing place with all they offer in their classes, workshops, massage (Paul Cubitt is a massage magician!) and wellbeing services. They have wonderful personal trainers too. Janine Lowe (Jlo) is an awesome PT, clearly loves what she does and cares about her clients. She has trained both me and my 15 year old son. In how Jlo ensured sessions were tailored exactly for me and how I was feeling on the day was amazing, she really cares about her clients and it shows. My son has special needs and she works with him every week to help with strength, coordination and movement and he loves it. I highly recommend Jlo as a PT.
