G.F45 Paraparaumu is awesome. The team are very welcoming and make sure you leave every workout feeling challenged and sweaty! You can definitely feel the community vibes and the trainers care a lot about their members!
C.Absolutely loving the place! Great vibe, and coaches do a fantastic job of keeping you motivated. The differing workouts and focus areas keeps things fresh, and it's a hell of a lot of fun!
There's a heap of diversity in members, and it's great that the coaches put you in stations with members of similar fitness levels so you get that extra level of push.
To top it off, everyone is super friendly and it's just a bloody awesome place to be!

c.F45 is a welcoming group of people. Members and staff are always there greeting you with a smile and helping you smash your goals. The staff are dedicated to push you to your goals and they make sure that you are getting results with good technique and form. Definitely a place to go to meet great people and achieve your targets.

I was struggling for ages with a consistent gym routine and found exercise a bore before I joined the studio, now I am a complete addict. They have created a wonderful, safe and fun community to exercise in - I absolutely love going!
