This is an amazing place to train. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, the coaches are skilled and are happy to make any adaptations necessary for individuals to be able to complete the work outs. I can not recommend NBR more.

This gym literally changes lives! There is inspiration everywhere - looking at the coaches and the dedicated members you would imagine they have "always" been a fitness junkie - but NO! Everyone has a story of NBR supporting their transformation. The community vibe is buzzing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I bring my child with me to the sessions and he has a blast playing with his gym buddies and observing and learning how to be the next generation of strong people. NBR is a particularly unique place where you can start at any level and with the dedication, support and encouragement find yourself transformed physically and mentally. The programs are varied and fun and keep me coming back for more day after day. The fantastic coaches give specific individual feedback to support you to develop your technique and performance and help drive you to nail your next goal. NBR IS BETTER THAN CHOCOLATE!!!!! I am empowered more than I ever imagined I could be because of NBR. Come and have a play and you will soon be hooked too!

NBR had been one of the best things that has happened to me. At 49 years old, I'm the strongest and fittest I've ever been. The workouts are varied, the coaches encouraging, different levels catered to and it has a real family feel. Love it!!!

I started here 3 years ago. And it is the only gym ive stuck too. Its full of friendly people always encouraging you and great coaches pushing you to be the best you can. There is a variety of different classes and they are never the same which keeps it fun. Give it a go and see for yourself how amazing it is 🙂

By far the best gym I've ever belonged too! The best family and community vibes, and you are welcomed the moment you walk in the door. Lyss & Liam pour their hearts and souls into this little business and you'll never find a better environment to train in!
