A. B.Great studio! I was visiting from out of town and am a member at another F45 studio. They offered discounted drop in rates for existing members, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The gym itself is spacious and clean. I got a couple great workouts in during my visit. They offer challenging workouts that can scale based on athletic ability. Would definitely revisit next time I'm in town!
