Awesome vibe to train in. Trainers are always motivating and encouraging while pushing you beyond your comfort zone. Love the fact that I turn up, my program is on the tv, 45 minutes and I’m done! No thinking or planning what I’m doing it’s great!

Amazing group of trainers make the hard work seem easy (mostly 🤣) and a great bunch of people that go no matter what time you choose. Everyone ends up a winner at F45 Nelson or Richmond so get along no matter how fit you are now. 🎉

Recently took advantage of the 7 day free trial to see what F45 was all about. Loved the fact there are instructors roaming around during the class,to make sure you have correct technique, offer easier options if something too difficult and basically made me feel very welcome.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and members. Good variety of exercises. Quick 45min workout at multiple session times during the day means I can fit it in my busy schedule!!

I absolutely love being part of the f45 family. I love that you commit to a time, it holds you to account. When you turn up, you know it is going to be a great workout and you don’t have to plan what exercises you are going to do. The trainers are great, the music is always pumping and being in a team environment is fun but also pushes you to strive a little harder. I have doubled the weights I lift since I started. I thoroughly recommend others to get involved and enjoy the benefits physically and mentally.

I've been to many fitness facilities over the years but none of them compare to F45 Richmond, I keep coming back, beware it's very addictive!!! I love the variation of cardio and resistance classes, the trainers are all professional while also making sure you have fun along the way.

I needed something in my life to change and I'm so grateful to a friend who dragged me into F45 Richmond a year ago My knees had old injuries so the trainers tweaked the excercises that caused pain for me and now my knees are better than they were before they were injured. I used to find it hard to get motivated to do any fitness but now I love being active. The trainers are friendly, supportive, inspiring, knowledgeable and genuine. I'm happier, healthier, have more energy and am sleeping better than I ever have. I love that every class is different and that it dosnt matter if you go with friends or on your own, if are a beginner or have been doing it for years everyone is welcomed and you will leave sweating

What a great place, can not recommend highly enough. To be honest I have like four feet and four arms, I am so uncoordinated and have zero flexibility. Yet every trainer helps me to reach my targets. I don’t feel out of place even tho there are people that would easily run a marathon. It is for all fitness levels, such a clever concept. Regardless of age, sex or fitness, give it a go, you will fit right in straight away. Such a positive and motivating environment ❤️

F45 is very addictive it makes working out so much fun lots of variety so you never get bored! All you have to do is turn up and it’s all set up! Trainers will explain what’s happening for the day and before you know it it’s home time. Training in a group is very motivating and social everyone is very friendly and encouraging. I'm addicted!! 45 minutes goes so fast and the changes in my mood, energy and body are amazing. The apps are so easy to use. I love the food plan and it's so rewarding to see my family eating so many veggies!! Such a cool community of members and supportive environment.

I thought I would be too old for this type of exercise, but the F45 staff made me feel so welcome, They are so accommodating with options and help when required. Definately an all round good team and super supportive.
