Nice and clean,staff were ok, had a private walking test , so I just had to walk through. They didn't let my daughter go into the room, she had to wait in another room.

When you have not only 1 gym to chose from but 3 nearly 4 around Rotorua..you are WINNING!💯 All open 24hours which is very convenient... Very helpful staff and trainers..and the VIBE is contagious! Many classes to choose from and equipment is on point!👌👌 Well done Profiles! "Team work makes the dream work"

My partner and I were looking somewhere for a workout while visiting Rotorua and were turned down from numerous gyms due to the earlier closing times on a Saturday. After arriving to Profiles we found they were also closed to members only at the time but when we contacted the owner he happily came down to the gym in person and opened it up for us. Absolute legend and great, friendly service. Incredible facilties also with new equipment. Highly recommended.

My favorite gym in nz! I've seen many gyms in the last 10 years of my training and this one is definitely one of my favorites! Plenty of cool stuff and machines you wouldn't see in other gyms. It's the perfect place for everyone... Bodybuilders, crossfitters, boxer cardiobunnies;) The staff is super friendly. I loved it! Stay strong. Nathalie from Germany :)

Loved this place! Tons of machines, all super clean and new -- everything is clearly well-maintained. They've also got a ton of fitness classes. Would definitely recommend.

Profiles in general is legit anything you could expect from a gym just some hygiene re enforcement can't stand using someone else's machine without them cleaning up after themselves
