G.Was trying to call Elite Fitness Auckland via their 0800 number and ended up getting transferred to their Tauranga branch. Spoke to Darren on the phone and he was excellent to talk to and he even called back when he said he would with stock advice. Was so impressed that I bought my machine thru Darren and the Tauranga branch. Highly, highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for great advice and excellent service.

G.I purchased over the phone/email both a treadmill (PROFORM PRO 2000) and Spin Bike (ELITE POSEIDON SPIN BIKE) through Darren. Both have exceeded my expectations and very nice machines.
As I live remote and unable to see and try before I buy, I was a little worried. Darren put me at ease, sharing his expert knowledge and translated my requirements providing options to what machine would fit best. I couldn't be happier.
I can highly recommend this team, they know what they are doing, and if I buy any more gear, it will be through Darren and the team at Elite Fitness Tauranga. Also, a big thanks to Nick, who help guide me on Spin Bike options.

A.Hats off to Nick Helwig for providing us with fast, efficient service yesterday from Tauranga Elite branch. Excellence in customer services. We live in Auckland, and he helped us through the phone and arranged us to purchase, and pick up here in Auckland all in 15mins.
As my partner did not make it any easy for him, he was a "Very difficult" customer and wanted the treadmill ASAP. And Nick made it all happen for him.
