Was quite in a bad state, previous owner wasnt reinvesting back into the business, NOW under new management, has new equipment inbound, E.T.A late december, early jan, she has a direction and plan where she wants her business to go, cheaps rate , $16.50pw, and 24hr access for members, improving over time, once she has wants she needs to upgrade fully, be a great local facility for the area
