Only been member for a week but welcomed. Shown my exercises with trainer who went through each step and explained clearly reason for doing such. Well organised. They monitor your progress and are willing to point out your faults but give praise and support when needed. I feel welcome when there.

Cheap family membership. Has great fitness equipment. Not like most gyms the posers keep away. This means no waiting time to utilise fitness machines, great weight room or basketball court. Highly recommended....
