I've been going to Custom Fitness for about a month now and thoroughly enjoying it. The sessions are fun, hard and very rewarding. Scott pays a lot of attention to how you are doing the exercises to that you are doing them correctly so as to prevent any injury. I also have been recovering from surgery and Scott has been working with me to get my fitness back up to the level before I had surgery. I would really recommend Custom Fitness.

I highly recommend Scott and Custom Fitness for your next personal fitness training programme. The prepared small group classes are always challenging, professional but fun, with Scott continually communicating, checking form and fitness level. Scott's studies, experience and knowledge in functional conditioning mean you can trust him to deliver a programme which individually suits you. All gyms differ and often you just do your own thing and are one of many in a big group (which suits some people), but if you are looking for more of a one-on-one experience to reach goals, I recommend you join up with Scott.

My wife and I have joined Custom Fitness recently and done our first few sessions with Scott. Scott is a great lad - supportive and warm-hearted. He also knows that he's talking about. As an almost 70 yo who has a few broken down bits, I was comforted by the way in which Scott assessed what I could do and what I couldn't and we got clear about my goals.
I've been to a few gyms (not for some time admittedly) and wondered whether some of the PTs I came across had got their qualifications out of a Weetbix packet. I like that Scott has a Masters degree and that he's spent a lot of time working in pro rugby, working a lot with guys carrying injuries and collaborating with doctors and physios making sure that people are doing an effective rehab and exercise programme. Finally, Scott gives you personal attention and the gym is small and really feels like a comfortable space to me. I don't go for all the loud music and TVs, so it suits me down to the ground.
I highly recommend both Scott and Custom Fitness. I guess the most important thing is - I trust him!
