J. S.Jodi & Gareth are the most down to earth, hardworking and genuine gym owners I have ever met. Their gym is also the most friendly gym I have ever stepped foot in. All the programs are 100% tailored to you and your needs/fitness and going to the gym now feels like you are going to catch up with friends while working out. Can't recommend Human Fitness and Performance high enough!
N.I love the focus on figuring out what your body truly needs to deal with its pains and restrictions over blindly smashing into a hard workout. The gym has a great community atmosphere and there's a class to suit everyones needs.
I find Mobility Moves, Fit Humans and 3D Fit to be the perfect combination for me to dig into the long term restrictions in my movement while staying active and strong :)
Every day, you get personal attention from Gareth and Jodi who genuinely care about sharing their expertise and helping you grow. Thanks for all the energy you guys put in!
