This is the most awesome fitness experience. I have an aversion to typical gym setups that leave you to your own motivations, working impersonal machines in a monotonous slog. 9Rounds CBD is the polar opposite. The manger Jerome is a natural motivator and has surrounded himself with staff that are friendly, encouraging and totally on your side. The workout is comprehensive and hard as hell for 30 mins. Done! This is the ONLY gym for me. People are great, atmosphere can’t be beat. I never thought I would post a review like this for a gym. But 9Rounds CBD has made me a convert.

Before 9Round came into my life, I had never belonged to a gym - and exercise consisted of walking. I didn't know what a burpee was. I had visited a couple of gyms as a result of running the annual Wellington Round the Bays - but quite frankly, they scared me and I stuck to the runner and rower machine. I've been a member of 9Round Wellington for over a year now - I go almost every day and I love the trainers enthusiasm and willingness to come over, show me a move and correct where I'm wrong. Every day is different. Yes, I lapse when I am holiday - and that's why I keep coming back every day I can. Because it's over in 30 minutes, I can get on with the rest of my day. The team at 9Round Wellington make coming into the gym a friendly and welcoming experience - thanks to you all!

My favourite way to work out. Great concept, great place. The only gym where I have developed a like for working out and missing it of I don't go for a while. All of the staff are great and no matter who Is on I know I can trust them.to help me reach my goals.

9 rounds, 3 minutes each, really supportive environment to improve your fitness and it only takes half an hour so super easy to fit into my day. I usually avoid gyms but have been really enjoying this one
