Fantastic environment for play. Sarah is dedicated to encouraging movement and play in this 'on purpose' environment. Session times are walk in.

Really good activity for kids between age 5-12. Wide variety of excercises, individual goals: building physical strength, motivates individual achievement and team player attitude as well.
