James and Kara are the best!
James is an excellent motivator and gives advise on form and technique whilst pushing you to your limit! He's helped me change my attitude towards fitness as a lifestyle choice rather than just a chore!
Kara consistently kicks my ass and pushes me to my absolute limit, while also keeping a smile on my face!
They make working out fun again and the proof is in the way you feel post session.
I've been working out with these guys since January and i've lost 15 Kilos!

James and Kara are the perfect trainers and are great at motivating you to be better every session. Each session is different, challenging and lots of fun and the perfect start to the working day.

James is amazing! I was very unfit so the idea of boot camp was quite scary but I have loved it! You never feel like you are being compared to others or getting left behind, and James is supportive and motivating. Will be signing up for another four week round!!
