Love this place and best place to improve your fitness and get in shape. Definitely recommend Jo and his team of instructors.

I sadly was only able to use F45 North Wellington for a short time but I have had the best experience training there. In particular the trainer Joe is really awesome and actually trains and gets to know you. I will be returning when back in Wellington. The team make you feel very welcome so don't be nervous to sign up.
