R.Amazing! I wasn't the biggest fan of group classes but I am converted. Great location, very good set up and lay out and everyone is super supportive and knowledgeable. Really good times for the classes and a lot of fun extra activities on the go. Would highly recommend if you are a complete novice or an athlete, the coaches do an incredible job of tailoring the exercise stations to the individual, regardless of fitness level. Big fan!

The coaches are attentive and great at adapting the movements to keep me and baby safe.
S.I love F45! The trainers are so cool, & they’re always pushing you to do more than what you think you could do. I was hesitant about joining as I have never done group workouts/classes before, but after my first class at F45 I was hooked and had to sign up. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about joining it to just give it a try!
S.Super welcoming & genuine. Warren, Nisha, Li, Chris and the whole team are great instructors and the classes are really well structured. A real sense of community. Excellent facilities and equipment. 10/10
N.Such an awesome gym I absolutely love it!! Not only are the classes amazing but the coaches & community feel makes it such a fun & friendly place to train. If you want to seriously improve your fitness & meet some epic people along the way I would highly recommend this gym.
