As the chief instructor of Family Fit Karate and Fitness school our mission is to help families fit fitness into their daily lives. All our members get a lifetime membership to our foundational movement programme which includes ancient martial arts knowledge from kara-te (the art of the empty hand), kung-fu, tai chi and qigong (the healing art). Whether you are looking for some basic karate or self defence or a quick 30-minute total body workout in class or at home - we have a fitness solution for you.
