Julia is simply great at what she does. She assesses what you need and makes a plan specifically for you, targeting exercise and/or nutrition to help you achieve your goals. She is highly regarded in the exercise community and will always do her absolute best for you. If you want to exercise but don’t know where to start, give Julia a call. Whether you’re in Tawa or Timbuktu, she can help you!

Julia has taught me new ways of fitting exercise and strength training into my chaotic life, and how to eat better around demanding shift work. She continuously motivates me to do the best that I can, on good days and bad. Julia is awesome!

Julia has been such a tremendous source of strength and empowerment for me over the last few years. She has brought me back from a dark place of suffering with severe Disc pain, numerous injuries and ailments and taught me how to look after myself properly. During PT sessions she would focus on my form and ensure I didn't aggravate injuries while building back strength and increasing recovery. I have enjoyed the variety of classes she teaches which cover all bases, the Pilates especially restored my core strength making exercise possible without pain and enjoyable again. I have followed her nutritional eating plans which helped me to understand what served my mental and physical wellbeing and what didn't. Julia is so knowledgeable, approachable and keeps things real, I couldn't be without her support and that of her community she has built up over the years. Thank you Julia!!!

After having a break from exercise I went to one of Julia's classes today, it was so great! I felt encouraged to keep moving but at the same time welcome to take a break if I needed it. I haven't exercised much with the excuse of being time poor, Julia makes sure that the time you can give to exercise is used effectively and it feels good!

I had never done HIIT before and was a bit nervous but Julia creates such a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. She is knowledgeable and highly educated and she takes your personal goals seriously. I wanted strength over a goal of weight loss and she worked with me to help me reach my goals. I've trained with a dozen PT's over the years but NONE with the wealth of knowledge Julia has. I arrived an overweight, weak, injured woman in her 40's. 2 years in I am fit and strong and nothing can stop me. Except Covid and needing to isolate. Hopefully back into training this week as I really miss my sessions.
