D. C.The Maia experience is in a league of it’s own. With the option of the CrossFit classes and the comprehensive personal training it’s got everything covered. The coaches are experienced, professional & encouraging and work with you to challenge yourself, but at your own pace.
Highly recommend Maia to everyone across all levels of fitness and experience.
P. C.I had been training at CityFitness for a few months but it was not doing it for me. Something was missing... I booked my No Sweat intro and I was welcomed by Dustin, Head coach. Guys, he is awesome! Made me feel super comfortable. We talked about my goals and challenges I had for myself, and before I know it I'm doing Devil's Press and Burpees!
Dusting prepared me for classes, making sure I had proper form and fitness level, which is SO important for Crossfit!
I was really intimidated because of what you hear about this type of training but he made me feel safe and good!
Bottom line: This gym is awesome if you're looking for an uplifting community and don't want to think about your training plan! You reserve your class, show up and give your 200% to the class! All that is left to do when you get home is enjoy your gainz!

They organise many useful workshops all year round about eating healthy, goal setting, pelvic floor strength etc.
Classes are in the early morning (5.30 / 6.30), lunch time (12) and evening (17.30 / 18.30) every week day, plus some sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
