I’ve been training with Mel for almost a year now and I’ve never felt so empowered and motivated to get fit and healthy. She’s got a contagious drive and energy to help you succeed in whatever your goals are. The gym is a welcoming environment and I feel so comfortable in the classes. Everyone there supports each other and is in it together. Mel has created an excellent culture within her gym 🧡 I love this place and this gal!

I joined Mel in January 2021 and haven’t looked back. I love it. She has something for all fitness and abilities including working around injuries. I find her classes very motivating and engaging. She does all the planning - all you have to do is turn up ready for mahi. The gym space has such a friendly vibe. If you are ready to join a motivating and supportive gym with the potential of meeting new people along the way - give Mel a bell, you won’t regret it!

MMM Definitely worth recommending!! I have been going to Mel since she started classes in January and haven't stopped!! She keeps it fun, safe and is always encouraging no matter what level or set backs you have shes super supportive!! Most motivating gym/fitness classes I've ever done to be honest MMM i actually keep wanting to go too 😊 give it a go you wont regret it!!

Training with Mel is tremendous, she is great at motivating clients to do better and push themselves further. Mel is proficient in all sorts of physical training and makes every session fun and challenging. She has a positive disposition and is very accommodating for those nursing injuries, she’ll easily manipulate a program to suit individual’s specific needs. Highly recommend MmM. I've been attending her classes since January and absolutely love it. I feel so much fitter and stronger and look forward to attending her classes each week. Mel is a very supportive, encouraging and motivating trainer. Her classes are challenging yet fun. Try for yourself you will not be disappointed

I can't recommend Mad Mel Movement highly enough. Mel is an amazing person who is extremely supportive and encouraging throughout your journey. No matter what level of fitness you are, she will offer something to suit.
I started bootcamp with Mel in January and can happily say I am still doing her classes 6 months later, this is the only program I have stuck with. I put this down to Mels hardwork, support and a great group of people who encourage you along the way.

I love the sense of community and down to earth vibe at MmM. As well as motivating the team to achieve Mel structures her classes to meet you where you're at with a range of difficulties. You won’t regret - Mad Mel is amazing! She’s a hard worker and a primo motivator. Even during a covid lockdown, Mad Mel puts in the mahi to keep us all moving. No excuses. I’ve been training with Mel since pre gym space, with preexisting injuries, and ive come a looooong way under her wings. Cheers for everything Mel 💛
