I will try my best to describe HOW AMAZING my experience has been with HBC MMA. I have struggled for many years to find my groove and love for fitness; I get bored easily with the same exercises/movements and same weightloss chat about eating less (excluding all carbs), scales and calorie counting (which my brain does not understand). Oriel and Brian have welcomed my family with open arms. They have supported, cheered and celebrated our small wins with us. I, in particular found the boxing and kickboxing well out of comfort zone AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks so much for everything you do, your time, your energy and RUTHLESS WORKOUTS that we all crave on our days off.

The classes range from experienced to beginners, kids to family friendly options which suits anyone’s changing lifestyle! HBC MMA is 5 stars because of it's people. This gym is run with integrity and absolute comittment to help people smash their goals and usually exceed what they ever thought they could do. Both the members and coaching team are inspirational, professional and all round amazing people who instantly make you feel welcome. I have been a member for almost 2 years, with no previous experience in MMA - the training has improved both my mental and physical well-being and I have never been fitter or stronger in my life! HBC MMA is a place to train hard without judgment, to learn skills for life and become part of one amazing whanau!
