Have found a wonderful gym in Whangarei that definitely deserves a shout out. Base Body has been such a great community to be part of that Hannah has built with so much passion and dedication. I enjoy the variety of classes, the knowledge that the trainers have and the vibe of the ladies that attend the gym- the encouragement and support from everyone is incredible. Have learnt and transformed so much in the few months I've been there. A major plus is the gorgeous space you get to work out in!

I have been training with Hannah for over a year - proof that this is the first fitness class I have stuck with. Hannah is a knowledgeable trainer committed to making a difference in people’s lives. She has a personal approach even in group classes with a focus on correct form and can work with individual needs. I absolutely love Pilates and the Base Builder classes are great for getting a good sweat on!

I was extremely nervous starting a gym but Hannah has been nothing but accommodating, supportive and encouraging. Hannah’s classes are fun, energetic and allow everyone of all levels to workout together without any fear or embarrassment. I genuinely love Base Body and would recommend to anyone wanting to join.

Amazing reformer and group fitness training, Hannah is a highly knowledgable trainer who takes a holistic approach to health and fitness. She attracts a really great group of people that make working out at Base Body a really fun and supportive environment. Classes are perfect for all abilities as the classes can suit anyone at any stage of their health and fitness journey. I’ve come so far in the 6 months I’ve been training at Base to tend to a chronic back injury. Highly recommend.
