K. T.Joined in 2018 and still here in 2021. Joined here to improve my general fitness, but stayed because of the amazing community and vibes 🙌. Don't be fooled thinking you have to be already fit to join, I started with no knowledge on crossfit or lifting and now I'm wasting everybody in the workouts nah jokes 🤣🤣 The coaches will help you every step of the way and nobody will judge you because they're too busy worrying about themselves :)
Seriously give it a try though, you'll either hate it or love it. I just know that I made the best decision 3 years ago, so maybe this could help you :)
R. M.CFW is the place to be for fitness in Whangarei. Great bunch of coaches that can cater for all abilities, amazing space and equipment and friendly members!
T.My son has recently joined the CFW Kids and it has had such a positive impact on him and how he views fitness. Thanks to the amazing team at CFW Kids for their commitment to these kids and leaving them with such a positive outlook on fitness. I definitely recommend setting your kids up here!
