Awesome! Friendly, positive, team training environment. A real asset to the community. More expensive than a normal gym, but you get that back in motivation. I would be the fittest I've ever been thanks to F45, love it 👌 Give it a trial 🙌

I could not recommend F45 Whangarei South more! I’ve been a member since day dot and have recently returned after about a year off to have a baby. The trainers were so welcoming on my return, it’s like I never left. The trainers are all friendly, experienced, enthusiastic and encouraging and push you to ensure you are getting the most out of your time in the studio.

Experience so far has been amazing! I was scared to go and thought I'd be just another person in the gym, first day I was greeted by name and this to me had won me over!
