J.I could not recommend F45 Whangarei South more! I’ve been a member since day dot and have recently returned after about a year off to have a baby. The trainers were so welcoming on my return, it’s like I never left. The trainers are all friendly, experienced, enthusiastic and encouraging and push you to ensure you are getting the most out of your time in the studio.
