It’s a good pool when everything is in operation but the wave pool and slides were operating only once over the last 4 or 5 visits. We never count on them to be actually on. The spa pool is nice and hot, though the main pool is a bit too cold for my taste. I’m always chilled by the time my kids have had enough.

Electrical issues on the day meant no waves in the wave pool. Staff were great, nothing they could do about the issue at the time.

Great place to take the kids. Safe with friendly staff and a handy cafe for the adults who need coffee and eats. Lots of activities catering for all shapes and sizes, abled and disabled.

Good pools with different depth choice for the kids. The water slide, wave pool and fountains etc are not always in action so ring ahead to find out if everything is working. It can become crowded at times as well.

More disability parking available than previously. Friendly welcome. Plenty of lane space at 10am after checked on the website before going. Shower was nice and warm. Will try out cafe next time.

Love my hydro intense class and motion class with Will and Jacks. They challenge you with plenty of instruction which is great. The changing rooms cubicals are too small for fuller figures to fit in with changing bag etc. and try and close the door behind you in a tight space. The ones at Westwave, Akld are longer. We have the room to do that here too. A mirror should be a normal standard and a must in each of the family rooms so you can comb your hair, maybe a touch of makeup and adjust clothing before coming out.

Facility is good for swim out of the sun. They have doors open for better airflow, unfortunately the chlorine fumes are still pretty strong and after a couple of hours we had to leave because it was getting too uncomfortable.

Pool depths vary from 0.3m to 0.5m for children/babies which are heated, wave pool active at certain times of day with water showers and a super tube -colder pool. Pool noodles & then available for $3 hire entire day. Family shower rooms are brilliant. Clean facilities and the chlorine is not over powering. Little cafe with healthy food & drink. Lovely grass / BBQ area which can also be hired for school parties. great way to spend time with family on a rainy day outside.

Pool is ok but advertised as a wave pool and when asked twice about when it would happen we were told "I don't know". Hydroslide is only 1 at a time so takes about a minute for 2 people... No idea why.

So far so good with our kids swimming lessons, and the water seems warmer than before for the kids area. It is good that when a young child is in the spa pool it needs to accompanied by an adult. Good policy!

Staff are really helpful. The pools are clean and great to swim in. If you want to swim distance you have to know what else has been pre booked. Lanes are at a premium at busy times

Reasonably well equipped gym with very lovely and helpful staff. The pools are awesome for all ... toddler pool, wave pool, 2 hydroslides, big spa pool, sauna, hydro pool, lap pools, dive pool and a cafe attached with delish food well priced too. Family rooms and bathroom areas could do with an upgrade 😊

I am not happy with the change of hours for the hydro therapy pool.as with my injury I am far to tired to go in the afternoons. I found the starting time of nine was great as it takes me traveling time of 30 mins to get there. On talking to the other patrons they felt the same. I spoke to the staff about this and they told me they also felt the same.

Awesome place for the family to have a swim and birthday party..great fun, sometimes the eyes burn from opening in the water, so wear goggles or keep them closed..very safe with loads of guards watching.

Good variety of pools; hot pools, shallow kids pools, diving pool, swim lanes, wave pool, hydroslide... Unfortunately Hydroslide is restricted to kids over 7 years. Would be nice to have a discounted rate for supervising adults too.

Average. The 2 hydroslides are a bit tame. Some of the pool areas are a bit shabby. In the wave pool there are quite a few large gaps between the tiles. Take care on the tiles around the main pool and the changing rooms they are a bit slimy and very slippery. This is no Moana pool in Dunedin (NZ best indoor pool complex) but it's ok.

Awesome place for the kids and Cheap as Chips, my daughter attends Monday and Saturday swimming lessons and absolutely love it. My daughter's now doing really well they have really good tutors.

The hydrotherapy pool is a great environment to not only to exercise & rehabilitate yourself, it's also a great place to meet & socialise with interesting & genuinely nice people from all walks of life in all shapes & sizes & levels of health & fitness.
