Triple whopper and Bk Hawaii chicken burger combos. Nicest order received and I got everything I asked for. Staff were great and informative. Service was excellent unlike other times i have been to this branch. First take aways for 2022. Love it. ❤️ Keep it up.

Still only drive through due to Covid-19 restrictions but very good service. We preordered on the app and once we got there they were super friendly at the speaker and prompt at the payment and collection windows. Our meal was fresh and exactly what we ordered.

The burger and chips were quite good for a fast food chain and the price? Cheap! Staff is friendly. Next time I will give a try to the rebel to see if it taste the same as a normal beef patty.

Reliable Burger King store. Ordering via app makes things easy, can make pick up faster, and removes the need to touch the self service screens. Paywave available. Internal seating has a good variety of table types including a couple of booths, table with 4 stools, and a standing table with tall chairs and PowerPoints to plug in chargers and laptops. Handy free wifi service as usual. Self service refillable drinks. These seld serve control panels do tend to attract lot of grease etc on the screen but recently haven't noticed it as much. Quantity of salad on burgers is always disappointing, but it's possible to swap combo chips for salad to put the amount you would put on if made at home.Can pay more for heavy salad but usually I've found it's not worth it. All in all a reliable regular place to pick up a late meal.

Came here on a beautiful sunny day and decided to order lunch. With the cars lined up through the drive thru, it was obvious that they had a busy day ahead for them. Walking into the restaurant, there was the odd lunch crowd but not overly crowded, just the way I like my fast food joints. Service was prompt and fast, and a surprising touch screen drink dispenser. They also had a small arcade corner, with some racing games, the ubiquitous basketball machine, a shotgun machine, and some random prize machines. A token dispenser is provided so you do not have to use coins. The place is nice and spacious and the toilets are reasonably clean. I liked the decor of this restaurant. Some Burger King joints harken back to the 1950s and the cars scene but this was distinctly different and in a very good way.

The positives were that the burgers are delicious and the frozen cokes are bigger than mcds. Also the app is great for rewarding customers with yummy meals. It's my favorite takeaway but bk needs to work on serving the restaurant customer just as fast as the drive thru at Epsom. It seemed faster to drive thru as they take priority it felt like. More staff needed on shift to make things run better. The counter needs to just do orders and a preparer of meals person for getting it. instead of orders and preparing meals as one person.

Service has been surprisingly decent however, space can be tight inside as the layout seems to have been designed for dining and dining only rather than the more family-friendly decor design of McDonald's. The food offers the greatest value out of all the major fast food chains, however I suspect this franchise is part of the immigrant labour exploitation ring that Burger King franchises has been plagued by. For ethics-conscious consumers this has to be at the back of their minds when choosing where to spend their money.

A small parking area and an awkward access to the drivethru. However they have tried to make the most of a small lot. The building and parking area and grounds could use a bit of tlc as they show their age. Food as per usual BK offerings. No issues with the service which was prompt and came with a warning that the fries were very hot.
