A.The interior fitout is pretty good, staff are well trained and friendly and the food is great all things considered (being a chain fast food) and the pricing is ok for what you get. I ordered the double muscle and portion size was spot on (very large) even though the taste was slightly different to what I was expecting (it was slightly sweet - not sure if it the pickle was the culprit or the sauce) and the fries were much better than any other fast food joint. The 2 patties must have had 300+ gr worth of mince combined...
G.Challenge accepted! When I went to order I was told that I was fortunate as they the best burger maker in Auckland flipping. Ok, that’s big words, let’s see if it’s true. My chicken royal with a tie arrived - presentation 9/10 lots of chicken overflowing, looks nice. Taste: 10/10 amazing. Chicken cooked perfectly, just enough Mayo, Brie melted all over Ok you win. Best burger maker in town!!!
T.Wow what amazing customer service I recieved today, not to mention the food was delicious. Could tell it was made with love! The staff were awesome too, keep it up guys! I will be back!
D.Really enjoyed the burger and the fried potato balls with aioli sauce. The aioli sauce is always so salivating!
Downsides included the severe lack of parking and unattended tables with leftovers. I've visited a number of times throughout the years and definitely found the place one of the more hospitable and "kiwi culture and mannerisms" restaurant establishments, however it did appear to me that a few of the young male staff had racist tendencies as they'd be very friendly towards customers that came before or behind me but was very indifferent and almost callous towards me.
M.Just across the road from the Albany Mega Centre. Plenty of other food choices next to the little strip. Parking can be an issue due to the popularity. Place was alive, clean and the service was quick and professional. The food matched the experience, great burgers chicken strips!
T.My favourite burger fuel store. Does great burgers, just like the others. I tried the V-Twin Vege with no cheese/aoli and extra avocado -best vegan burger around. Try it for yourself! Park underground if no spaces.
S.They quickly produce a quality product, but during Lockdown the online ordering system's"ready" time isn't very accurate.
