It's a burger fuel, the best burger chain in NZ. Food is tasty and hot, staff are fun and quirky. Exactly what you'd expect from a BurgerFuel. Nice!

The quintessential new Zealand burger experience. Anyone visiting New Zealand should try Burger fuel as its the biggest new Zealand homegrown fast food restaurant. The food is distinctly Kiwi from its use of beet root in burgers and NZ beef. It's not by far the best burger in new Zealand but it comes close. If you want to know what burgers taste like in NZ you should definitely stop by your closest burger fuel for a quick bite.

Excellent service and food, have never been let down by this Burger Fuel location.

I don't think I could say anything bad about Burger Fuel. The food is amazing and filling. I had the American Muscle Double when I went recently and it more than filled me up (in retrospect, I probably should have had the single) and satisfied my taste buds!

Asked for no cheese on my burger Checked a second time and told them it was an allergy issue. Was assured there was no problem . …. Got home to find melted cheese throughout my burger 😩. Unfortunately I did not realize until I’d eaten some of it. Fingers crossed I’ll get away with it Bad and stupid error for them to make after my double checking

Great service. Friendly faces, even on Good Friday when everyone should be resting instead of at work. Lots of smiles and interaction from the staff - they even said goodbye when I left. The burger they served was the best! They said it would take 10 minutes to prepare my food but in only 5 minutes or less a smiley and bubbly waitress came and served me my food. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend BurgerFuel in Glenfield. The staff there are always in such a great mood and that really brings a nice atmosphere into the space. 5/5 Great job, BurgerFuel!

Good service. Really good burgers. But pretty expensive.

Fast efficient service. Food was tasty and not packed into a bag sideways (as has been experienced at another burger joint). The only downside is the location - traffic and buses make it hard to access.

Incredible service! Best I have recieved from a burger joint. Moe who served us even offered suggestions to improve our meal! Definitely coming back =)

This is typical Burger Fuel shop and that means interior is ok and not fancy. Being at lockdown level 2.5 there were tables properly marked as unavailable. I had to wait about 3-4 minutes for someone to take my order. Actual food was good and was served in promised time. Good experience but nothing special.

Now, BurgerFuel has always stood as a testiment to the ingenuity, passion and true zaniness that Aotearoa has to offer - and as someone who is unable to eat gluten, BurgerFuel stands doubly as one of the few takeaway places I can actually eat at. Now, with all that said, I stumbled into this BurgerFuel this morning, in a truly TERRIBLE state. I was obscenely hungover. I was covered in cuts and bruises. My pants were ripped to high hell. I was barefoot. All in all, a walking, barely talking disaster of a person. And yet, the staff still treated me with the same kindness, patience and respect they always do, brought my food out early (likely because of the state I was in) - and when I bit into that crazy, violently excessive burger, and dipped my fries into that perfect aioli, it all tasted that much better :D

Ordered veggie mushroom 🍄 pattie burger over phone, ready in ten mins bang on. Great service and friendly team. Burger taste was great but quite sloppy and hard to eat as entire filling fell out on my first bite...(not firm) It's its the science behind burger making or I simply don't know how to eat a burger.:) $12.50 value for money no doubt.

Still hasn't changed from when it opened many years ago... was good then as it is still great now.... ordering online and picking it up is an even better way to not have to wait for your food. Food was delicious as always... at least you know you are going to get a good and filling feed from this joint.

Really enjoyed my experience from this BurgerFuel location. I ordered online for pick up set at almost closing time and they had the door open and my order ready 10 minutes before closing time. The staff I encountered were very friendly. This location seems to be more diverse in staff composition which is definitely a big plus and it was shone through when it came to the attitude of the staff towards customers. I highly recommend BurgerFuel Glenfield.

We will definitely come again. We just dropped in by chance and we discovered a great place to eat. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was very polite and when we asked one of the team ( we believe his name was Peter ) gave us good advice what we should order. It was quite busy the time we visited but we still did not have to wait too long. Perfect job they did. We can recommend this location and it‘s team, they do a great job.

Absolutely love there burgers and guarantee satisfaction every time. My partner finds its abit pricey but would highly recommend :) they have these cute papercut outs to hold your burger as It may get a little messy.

Burger Fuel is always consistently good, delicious and fresh ingredients used in each burger. Only 4 stars for the Glenfield site as it's parking is annoying, it's not a simple place to drop in and pick up a bite to eat. Have to park in the mall and walk a fair distance.

A fantastic experience from the one I had over 6 months ago. Very freindly lady at the counter and the other dude in the kitchen. He even asked me if i want eggs in the burger. I even enjoyed the burgers with my son. Really delighted to know the place has improved from the racist behaviour i encountered with the staff who worked there earlier. Never stepped in again till my freinds told me the people have changed..the food never dissappoints!! A GOOD PLACE FOR ALL FAMILIES NOW!!

Great little food joint. Keeps up with the strong Burger Fuel reputation and the food is always good- no faults and the service is fast. Love the convenient location and there are always free parks right on the street outside or on the top floor of Glenfield Mall. Would highly recommend.
