The service is always good here, staff are helpful and happy to make the Burger work for you. They seem to have a consistent burgers when I'm there and now they are licensed so you can enjoy a small range of craft local beers. The place overall has a very funky vibe like any other restaurant Burger fuel. The table service is very good and food often come out within 10mins of ordering. I always like the freshness of the salad they use and the meat and vegetables options are vast. Reason for 4 and not 5 for the last visit, birthday free Burger was not given because the site had not sent a voucher, even though I had brought an ID

Normally I would never fault burger fuel Henderson. It was always my go too. The other week my partner and myself decided we wanted burger fuel for dinner. We did a phone order which we always do. They guy on the phone informed us that they had no veggies. Which is a bummer as I always get a low cab bambina. We order picked up our order and too my surprise they put a bun on my bambina, i was very disappointed as I am coeliac. So my pattie with sauce had to be thrown away as I was unable to eat it. We did get charged full price on all items even with the lack of veggies.

Burgers i got were soggy but they had the best and crispiest kumara chips i've ever had. Chicken bites (choppers?!) was nice but over price for 6 small pieces of chickens.

Listen up! Great example of a place putting something right and I leave a happy customer . Girl taking my order punched spud fries instead of kumera fries. I didnt pick this up till I picked up my order. The guy packing my food started going on about they'd have to charge more, he'd have to discuss with his manager. Manager came over and told the cooks to cook me kumera fries. Apologiesed and said it wud be another 5mins. He said he wudnt charge me the extra and gave me the spud fries due to the mix up and wait. And that is why he is the manager and the guy packing is the packer and the girl running the till is running the till Nothing but praise re the effort to correct the mistake and make me happy. Even if I gave the spud fries away. Good job Buger Fuel Henderson Sunday 21st Feb bout 8pm. This is our local Bugerfuel Always a busy store. Staff always very helpful and bugerfuel is burgerfuel .. This place never misses for me, very consistent. Tip, order online for faster service. If dining in they bring it to your table which is a nice touch for fast food. Food is as consistent as the service. They seem to cater for all dietary requirements including GF and vegan. Only downside at this location is parking can be busy

Despite we arrived during peak of dinner time, plus with the long que we really like the friendliness of the staff there. Good quality food for it's price with many options for vegetarians as well as vegans. Meets all types of diets with all the different options on the menus. Have drinks and sides as well as the low carb and normal burgers. Food is really good quality with lots of flavour. Have both adult and kids food menu. Highly recommend this place to all as a must try place. High in flavour and Hugh in quality.

I see them as a premium version of fastfood. I'm proud to show this one off to overseas friends & love the alternative meat burgers. The only down side is that they're always busy, one time I waited for 45minutes for a single order of motobites & received no apologies at all or any complementary. However, I'm still giving them good ratings for the other time that I received the hot food on time.

Such an Awesome team at the Henderson branch!! Went to this branch and was told that order needs to be placed either online or by phone. They seemed to be slammed with the flow of orders coming in so there was a wait and I am glad was made aware. When I went to pickup my order they realised by mistake they had given it to the person ahead of me who had left already. The guy who worked there was so wonderful and offered to remake the order ASAP and they kept to it. Really liked how they were working as a team especially in such times. Thanks guys!!!

My partner and I went into Burger Fuel the other night. Did a phone order and they absolutely blew us away. Even though they were already sitting waiting for us the burgers were absolutely delicious. My partner who used to work for the company on the North Shore said the ratio of her sauces were perfect and the salad chrisp AF. Those were her words. Great service and great food Yes we will eat here 100000 times over.

This place usually has great food. Today, I was slightly disappointed with promotional burger. Not what I expected based on advertising. Quality of other food was just "ok". Premium prices should mean premium product.

Service was awesome and the staff so happy. My friends burger was slow at coming out but it was the staff that realized he didnt have it yet, they promptly checked up on it and apologized without us staying anything. They then gave us a couple of vouchers. They really made us feel valued. The staff there were awesome!

Great burgers but 4 ⭐ stars cause they keep the main door open at ALL TIMES. Apparently it's the only fire exit. Hard to believe. And if so, then very poor store design. It's freezing inside during winter months and you can't even enjoy the delicious food cause you're shivering. And no heater in sight either to combat the cold.

I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

Burgers here are so good and always filling without leaving you bloated and greasy like other fast food places. Monthly specials keep the options open and they even serve the odd beer. Phone orders or web orders are suggested to save a wait.

I like burgerfuel burgers, always tasty and nice fresh salad ingredients unlike other chains. The only real negative is they are a bit pricey especially if you want the spud fries and drink.

The quality of Burgerfuel offerings across Auckland I've found to be consistently good, and the staff they employ are top quality. Burgerfuel Henderson has some truly excellent customer service though, with some really friendly and interesting staff that make this more than just your typical fast food outlet. The only disadvantage to this location is that the carpark can get very busy and is a bit tight in places, making getting to the branch a challenge at peak meal times.

Endorsements aren’t usually my thing BUT. Actually it’s not really an endorsement; more a #life observation I guess. Well, both :). So I’m passing the time solo at Burger Fuel Henderson while my Miss 15 dances up a storm training down the road. The place is buzzing and the manager (I’m guessing) taking my order is fully engaged with our korero. Nice start mate. Sit down and my food arrives and at the next table - Mum, Dad, son maybe 10 and daughter around 8 are enjoying their burgers and chips. Bro teases sis by nicking a chip - but repays it with interest a moment later, offering her the biggest chip on his plate. A big grin crosses her face and she’s all arms outstretched offering an even bigger hug, which is well accepted. They all laugh with each other. Reminds me of being 10 and the wonder of the world when you’re that old; when Mum and Dad are your safety net and will be around forever and verily, life is but a dream. One of the staff, Māori rangatahi wanders past and he asks how my meal is - and then, how my family is - not a regular question at a fast food joint and a surprising one when I’m sitting alone, but that’s fine and he’s legit so I go along with it. Sitting back and watching the crew work and people enjoying their food and respective company, and makes me grateful for the opportunities life has provided me with. In amongst all the buzz of this Henderson night life - always lessons to take onboard. Always faith. Always hope. And always love. Ngā mihi whanaunga - keep challenging yourselves to go the extra mile - good work.

Probably the best burger franchise in NZ, along with Burger Wisconsin. Great quality ingredients, though you pay a premium for it, especially if you want sides and a drink along with it. Gotta have the Bastard burger, you deserve it.
