Went there for the 2 for 1 priced Burger promotion. The service was really great with a very pleasant smile from the young lady taking orders and subsequently serving them. She was seen serving every customer consistently with same pleasant smile. Was really pleasing to see such great service especially at 5.30pm on Tuesday evening.

If you want to go to a place with the best quality burgers in Auckland you go here. The staff are so professional and treat customers nicely. The food is exceptionally great. I could come here every week if I could afford it. I have been to the branches in manukau and Queens Street and never have I ever been disappointed. Delicious food and excellent service, equivalent to a 5 star restaurant.

Asked for the thunderbird and didn't get the buttermilk fried version! So disappointed. Staff didn't ask if I wanted grilled chicken or fried! Chicken was super chewy too! Such a shame! Fried and aoli were good though and the thick shake was really good!!

Still good as I remember it....update: revisited 3 days later and one thing I will be critical of .. when charging $11 for a kids meal that's fine but to charge an extra $2.50 to swap the drink for a 750ml water

Burgerfuel is consistently a good experience. Manukau store was fast and order was accurate. For me though the meat and chips were oversalted, I find this is the issue I have most often with BF

Fast service. My husband may have forgotten to ask for jalapeños🌶while ordering. I went to the counter to pay for jalapeños separately but the guy was happy to chuck em in for free😊😊

Everytime I visit this location the service and food is of a high standard. There never seems to be excessive delays. Some wait is expected with everything cooked fresh.

It was a rare cold day in Auckland and this restaurant was cold inside despite heating being on full blast (inadequate). Metal seats that may look trendy but were uncomfortable and cold to sit on. Also no bathroom or anywhere to wash your hands, which for an eating place seems strange / wrong. To do so you had to walk to the local mall. Food was served in bags to our table, unlike other burgerfuel locations where they serve on trays. On the plus side, thankfully the food quality was fine and served with a smile / good level of service. The place was clean and tidy. In summary, it was OK especially if you want takeaways. But given the prices paid, a bit more attention to customer comfort and this would have been 5 stars. Next time I think I'll avoid this particular location but great as a pit stop. With free range meat as standard on the menu - its the only burger place we ever visit.

Oooo...I just found another great place to spend my money..Lol Just jk.. they did serve great burger. I can see they have a lot of loyal customers coming for dinner. Must come over and try their burger!!

Burgers are always so good and filling 😋 and there fries with aioli dip are the best 👍

Went in to try the new vegan plant based mini cheese burger aka Beyond Beleaf Burger. Customer service was excellent and the place neat. The burger however, is not everyone's cup of tea..and it's true, the plant based patty really does taste like beef but also leaves a weird taste in your mouth throughout the rest of the day. BUT, do try it at least once to experience it for yourself!

If you seriously love burger, this is your place.

Very tasty burgers and chips. It is more expensive than other chain food (Macca's, burger king) be it's worth the money. The place was clean and the staff friendly, no negative comments for this place.

Excellent service! Yona was our server and she was so lovely and a prime example of perfect customer service. The food was fast, fresh and delicious will definitely be coming back.

It was absolutely marvellous. The costumer service was exquisite and the food was scrumptious. I really enjoyed my experience in this food restaurant and would no doubt pay extra to dine in again. Each staff was very polite and had a kind manner, the manager was young but surprisingly handled the business very professionally. Was blown away by the food and Enjoyed every moment of it.

Catered really well to my coeliac son and they asked the right questions regarding his dietary needs. Added bonus that he didn't feel ill at all afterwards. Man who served me was so patient and great 👍

My vegan Daughter was so impressed with the V8 burger she said it was delicious. I had a chicken burger I cant remember what it was called but it was perfect. Even my 5 year old was impressed👌👏

Thank you Burger Fuel Manukau, ordered dinner tonight for a birthday dinner 11 May 2020, everything was fantastic, 12 pack of fenders were perfect and so tasty, all four burgers and fries were so good. Aioli was amazing as normal. Highly recommended to all. Even more impressive that it is lockdown level three and a Monday night. So good . Thanks again.

Always has great burgers!

Took an hour from walking in to getting food during lunch rush today. Only 3 people working and the poor girl on the counter was also serving orders, so my friend who was directly in line behind me was served 4 minutes after me, and got his meal 10 minutes after me after chasing it up. I saw plenty of people leave not wanting to wait either.

Got the v twin vege burger was good last time was better.

Good burgers, however the music is soooooo loud it gave me a headache and I was only there for 10 minutes. It must be a health and safety issue for the staff, surely

Top quality service, manager was top notch making me feel welcomed asked for his name and I think it was Isaiah? But yes would definitely recommend this store to everyone and anyone🥰

Really good quality burgers as you can tell buy how many people are there just like Carl's Jr there meat is juicy and tender and that's what makes a burger "a really good burger". On a side note for all you self righteous SJWs out there they do have some decent vegetarian burgers for you so don't feel triggered if you see a sis gender white male there he's there cause he needs to eat

Always enjoy Burger Fuel. This is the first time I have tried Manukau Branch. The burger was great but I did find the spuds were far too salty, actually unhealthily salty.

Good sized restaurant with ample parking. Preparation is signature Carl's Jr too. Drinks on tap outside the counter for unlimited refills. Good ambience and seating with floor to cieling glass windows.
