A.Came in tonight (Friday night) and the service was the best compared to my previous experiences! The girl serving customers was lightning fast getting orders ready yet also communicating well and very kind! The food was soo good tonight (the backfire is to die for). Will definitely be returning soon!! The wait was not too bad as well!
J.My mum went into order yesterday night and she didn't know about the limited menu. When she was ordering she was kindly assisted by a young lady who patiently helped her because my mum struggles with english. Whoever you are, you have left such a positive impact on her.
M.I never post reviews but I had to today. I went to the store and my order was ready to go. The girl on till was absolutely oozing with positivity and made my day! Will definitely be back!

T.Amazing service tonight! I loved how friendly and welcoming the girl who was serving me was, I haven't seen such great service in a long time. The food was great too! 10/10
B.It wasn't too busy when I came by and was greeted by the person behind the counter while I was still looking through the menu on the wall. Once I was ready to order he was also ready to take it.
I ordered two burgers and a side of kumara fries and it took about 20 minutes to get it. I had it take away and was given a table number so I could sit and wait for it.
Burger itself was large and quite tasty. I really liked the onion rings on the Roadster. The kumara fries weren't as crispy as I liked but still good with the aioli. It came to around $35 for the meal.
T.Honestly, I was a great fan of Burgelfuel until I had their fries on Labour Day. Fries is not good at all. The burger bun is average.
M.Awesome staff, very beautifully made burgers, always careful with special requests:)

D.Order took half an hour to be made and was only 2 burgers and fries. Not overly busy. Half a bottle of mayonnaise on one of the burgers was not great.
Edit recently ordered from here and the service was great. 5 stars!
