I have always been a huge fan of Burger fuel burgers. Their new burger Modified Thunderbird is a bomb, must try. I loved it, and the customer service was splendid in Parnell branch. I was served by Michael who is amazing with smile on his face even though he was covered with mask, I was so happy with his service and the Parnell branch never let my expectations down. Keep up the good work team. Cheers.

Don’t think I need to say more about the burgers - we all know BurgerFuel is up there with taste and quality. Writing this review to commend their excellent service, shout out to Michael for being super helpful and understanding. I would definitely come to this branch again! 13/10

I recently came out of MIQ and I was so missing local fare. A personable team member who appeared to be a multitasking goddess, took my order. The takeaway burger was ready in the time indicated, and was packaged so that it was still beautifully warm upon arriving home. There were plenty of fresh ingredients with their classic aioli, and the burger was cooked beautifully. It made for a perfect homecoming. I love this place.

Great service and delicious food! Took my 2 toddlers to eat here and the staff were so accomodating. Got the boys a milk shake (it was massive) and the staff was more than happy to split it in two and put it in a seperate container. They have high chairs for the little ones. Kid friendly and the menu for kids is just right.

Tineka is a very picky eater. She ordered something weird and was embarrassed. The guy was super nice and did everything in his power to console her and make her feel comfortable during her ordering experience

I always say BurgerFuel Parnell is the best, and today was no different! Had a Punk Rock Roast burger and my sister had an American muscle with an egg and it was sooo delicious!!! Thank you Mikey and team especially the hotliner (Aiden who made the burgers) for an amazing experience! Lovely service from everyone today!!! Will always come back for more!

We eat at Burgerfuel a lot. Parnell definitely stands out in care of their product, even when the order was placed at 9.30 on a Wednesday night. Everything was super fresh with no filling sloping towards the bottom of the box as gravity pulls it down. We loved our plant based eats and will definitely make the trip from the Hibiscus Coast again.

There is a guy working there with mustache, very warm welcoming and big smile (Asian look; sorry I cant remember his name); he makes my lunch time pleasant after a busy day at work :) And generally all the staff are friendly. Thank you everyone.

I came here with my Dad because I love hot chippies and everyone was really nice to me. Then I ate my dad's chippies because he was too slow. So yummy.

This is my favourite BurgerFuel. The food here is ALWAYS quality, fresh, made to order hotness! Plus the staff is always nice and friendly.

We all know that Burger Fuel is the indisputable burger leader in NZ, the flavour and the variety they that they offer. But in this opportunity I want to narrate what a superb experience I had with the service from the Parnell branch: I organised a picnic with a team of 20 celebrating the end of year, and seeing each other in person after more than 100 days in lockdown. I made the order online with no problem, state of the art ordering platform, as soon as I paid the order, I received a call to coordinate the delivery, as we were meeting in the Parnell Rose gardens I thought that could be an issue, Mark the owner not only came to the Garden, but he delivered all the way to the area we were hanging out, he gave us vouchers, christmas crackers and amazing food. My team really loved the messages he wrote in the paper bag, AMAZING EXPERIENCE, I highly recommend it. Many thanks Mark and Team

👋My 2nd trip to Burgerfuel this week but different location. This place has great customer service! The front of house was on to it with the orders and clearly communicated the names of customers, was very impressed. The two American Doubles were done well, but the patties weren't juicy af. I'm used to it dripping hot juicy fat when I'm devouring them, not these ones though only the sauce dripping. Ngā Mihi

The staffs were all very friendly and outgoing. They seem to be really close friends with each other so it was nice to see a good work relationship environment. The burger was made very nicely and the fries were great too. From the photo it may seem like there's too many lettuce but once you try it, having 3 to 4 layers of lettuce really balances out the pattie and bun. Only downside is that the music is too loud for my liking but I normally don't prefer eating at a really loud resto anyway. :)

Top quality service and food. Went in for lunch and the staff were very friendly and delivered my burger in record time. Absolutely flawless burger, ingredients were fresh and everything tasted great. Restaurant itself was clean and tidy. Definitely stopping in again next time im in the area. Cheers team.

Such a great experience here. I customize my burger in a weird way and they handled it without any issues, they even offered some alternatives when I asked for certain ingredients to be removed Despite it being the lunchtime rush the food came pretty fast. Will absolutely be returning to this BF branch!

Nice location, ideal for a quick munch and then find a dessert place after. Plenty of options in Parnell for food but can't go wrong with this Burgerfuel. Plenty of seats for small groups inside, bot more flexible outside with the park.

It's much more convenient than cooking! My family and I come here everyday for breakfast brunch lunch and dinner and supper! Highly recommend. 💜💜💜💜💜

Best gluten free bun I've eaten. Wouldn't mind some more fillings for the price like carrot, beetroot and red onions. Burger was actually pretty large and quite yum.

This is a really neat Burger Fuel franchise because they have this neat outdoor awning so that you can sit outside when the weather isn’t great but still be really comfy. Being a franchise business you always know what you are going to get and this branch does exactly that.

Can I give 6 stars? This has to be the best burger store in Auckland! Super friendly and outgoing staff who really make you feel welcome. The burgers are always juicy and tender, and I’m never disappointed. The spud fries are crispy and yum. I love this place and will keep returning.

Hey team! This was easily the best BurgerFuel I've had. The burger was perfect. I got the Gluten Free bun and it was toasted perfectly, gf buns are always 50/50 at burger joints so when I get a decent one, I'm a happy burgerboi. The fries were awesome too! Nothing was greesy either. Outdoor setup is pretty sweet :D Cheers!

Best burgers I've ever had. The American muscle is legit. I prefer single patty to double as it has n better meat to bun ratio. The place always has a great atmosphere, very upbeat. The staff is super nice and welcoming.

Great burgers, but the highlight was their staff. Incredibly friendly to everyone who walked in - they offered crayons/paper for kids waiting for takeaways, and chatted with customers. Some of the best customer service I've seen from a fast-food joint.

Fast, efficient and very tasty. Best burger I've had for quite some time. Went for beef and bacon with extras of jalapenos and avocado. If I could slightly quibble the burger was slightly on the greasy side and the music was a bit too loud. Strawberry milkshake was worth the price of admission by itself.

This is the best burgerfuel and I really enjoy going there. Staff are friendly and consistently put together great tasting burgers (I highly recommend the American Muscle). The spuds are also golden and crisp every time. Every visit the store is tidy, and it's so nice to sit at the big tables outside under the heaters. Overall great value for money.

I haven’t had Burger Fuel in such a long time, today randomly we decided to come in for a vegan burger and kumura fries. The service was beyond expected, the ambiance was spectacular, and the burgers n fries ... delicious. We were checked on by Mack the amazing friendly staff, twice. I came for a special lunch with my friend who is blind and the customer service was amazing, they moved to where his face was directed to take his order and they made us feel totally comfortable for a DELICIOUS dine in meal. My burger order was really complex as I have allergies and they made it perfectly- the products are PURE. YUM

Consistently great food and service at this Burger Fuel

When everything else was closed this was the only dinner option left. Though I rarely eat burgers for dinner but I liked the ones they had. They had big vegetarian juicy burgers. I enjoyed it. They were fulfilling but not heavy and you don't need a soda to gulp down the bread as it was soft and delicious.

As usual, excellent service together with excellent burgers, keep up the good work team.

After my long day at work I went to grab a quick bite at burger fuel at Parnell I placed my order and the Mark on the other side of the counter very patiently took my order and made sure I get what I had asked for . This was one of the yummiest burgers I have ever had with fresh bun , amazing veggies and patty . This has definitely become my one go to place and I would recommend it everyone to try it . Great customer service. Polite and welcoming. Ordering food is best before choosing a spot to sit. I suggest sitting outside (on a warm or even slightly warm day) as the interior gets quick hot due to the kitchen. Prices are extremely cheap but there is a variety on the menu and not only are the portions a great size but the food is incredible.

We decided to ring up last Friday to get some take away before driving to the beach for the weekend. The moment the phone was answered - I commented to my husband how awesome the service was - the guy on the phone was friendly and made sure to repeat our order back as we had a couple of changes. When we arrived to pick up our order we had changed our mind and decided to eat in - the staff promptly took our burgers away and brought them back plated up which was awesome - quite fancy for a burger joint! The whole place was humming and seemed to be a well-oiled machine. I recognised the guy from over the phone and he was super friendly to everyone who came in and seemed to know what someone needed before they even asked. It isn't the closest burger fuel to our place but if we are nearby and decide its take away night - I would happily choose to visit here again.

It's a good place! With a modern atmosphere. You can seat in a share table, or in a private one. The staff is very nice, the bathroom is clean and the food is amazing! I order a vegetarian hamburguer with mushroom and chips! I strongly recommend that!

Chips where good and plenty of them but the new burger the Friday roast go somewhere else. The pumpkin was soft (was nice and crispy at pakuranga) and the bottom bun was soft and mushy on arrival.

Can't say as I've found a great difference in the quality of food from one BF to another, but the staff here make this place. So friendly and enthusiastic, I always leave this place happier than when I went in. Don't ever change BF Parnell.

Very good service! One of their machines broke down for a few minutes so one of the staff came out to us and apologized for the 5 minute delay and gave us 2 vouchers for free chips. Was still pretty fast service considering. Very friendly staff.

I'll give you 4 stars so I'm not mean but, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ERADICATE THE PIGEONS etc. Bait them or shoot them. Ive seen heaps of people annoyed with fighting off the pigeons while they eat mainly outside but also inside your store. I guarantee you will get a lot more return business if you just remove those birds.

This might be the nicest Burgerfuel in town!!! We just demolished two fantastic burgers, Kumara fries and normal fries. Ingredients tasted very fresh and the lady at the till was lovely.

Burgers, motobites and strawberry thick shake were delicious! Kumara fries were not quite as good as usual, but not too bad. Nice outdoor seating.

Would be excellent if opened early, 11am is ridiculous, I want to get a burger at 6am. Like everywhere opens at 8am... but if you guys did 6am you would make tons, theres like nowhere to get a feed that early on the way to work :( except maybe those really yuck fast food stores like McD etc, but no thanks to that XD. But yeah your food is awesome btw.

Burgerfuel Parnell. I like the burgers but the tables were a bit grubby. They apologised they had no plates ... I didn't ask for one. Only 2 of us there so it wasn't because they were extra busy.
