Visited 6:30pm on Tuesday after a recommendation - the store had a steady trickle of patrons at the time of visit The ambience was good and layout of the store was open, with lots of airflow. Ordered the bacon backfire and aioli fries. Food came faster than expected, and server was very nice. The fries were fresh and delicious. The burger unluckily had blue cheese instead of brie, but by the time I found out, I was already half way through the burger so I didn't want to make a fuss Overall a great experience, would recommend dining in, the couch seats are very comfortable and the store had a welcoming vibe There were some flies around a particular table that wasnt cleaned, but store seemed tidy otherwise

This BurgerFuel is the best BurgerFuel in the country by far. I was politely greeted and hand my vaccine pass checked which is great to see, considering other businesses hadn't bothered. I was a little foggy on the menu, but the man serving me happily stepped me through the burgers and recommended one. Customer service was 10/10 from all the staff. I interacted with three of them and they were all happy and polite. The burger was great! The chips were perfect and the tables were clean and tidy. The bathroom was spotless, which is great to see, considering that is not always the case at other places. I will definitely be back!

Great burgers and nice store layout. I got the Modifried Thunderbird and it did not disappoint. Perfectly crunchy battered chicken and a delicious sauce. Theres hand sanitizer at every table which was a nice bonus. We met the owner at a surf lesson in Muriwai so if you see this, we came here to support your store!!!

Went for a walk tonight, Pt Chev was busy we picked up a light meal....I had chicken fenders best chicken I've had in a while. Hamburger and milk shake hit the spot for my husband. We'll be regulars now I've tasted the chicken. Staff were polite and friendly. Pleasant young boy checked vaccine pass and social distancing was being observed win win.

Big clean airy location with quick efficient and friendly staff. Good fresh ingredients prepared well. Much better than some of the other burger fuels I have been to. Even has a store specific qr review thing but you need to sign in to Google or Facebook to use it hence just posting here.

Mostly service is great, have had a couple of visits where a smile wouldn't hurt.. Only once have we got home to have chips missing from 3 meals, sad kids, called to let them know and give my details but never heard back from them. (Care of burgers is much better than New Lynn)

Yesterday afternoon I embarrasingly spilt my milkshake all over the floor and table as soon as it was served to me. A few staff members so kindly and gracefully cleaned it up and even made me a new one for free! I was so humbled and was greeted with nothing but smiles and amazing service from start to finish. Love Pt Chev Burger fuel, the order was ready in ten mins and was all correct. The team serving at the door were so friendly and also chucked in a free gf bun as I’d forgotten to make my order gf, totally my fault and they sorted it (even toasted it). Average .. they should be more better coustmer service as they newly opened 1. On the phone order they informed us it will take 10 minutes the order to be ready while it took them 30 minutes (Not accurate). 2.We order kids meal with replacing the fries by kumra what we find out they kept the fries and adding kumra 3 When I asked about kids tattoos stickers the in charge guy said it's inside the order box (in kind of rude way of speech). It's not there my friend and I don't think it will cost you lot if you give couple. 4. Food is good 5. Clean place

Best experience and customer service I have ever experienced in any fast food place ever!! Absolutely lovely group of staff working behind the till. Super friendly, happy, and enjoying themselves at work. One lady in particular came out and asked us if we wanted any help and offered suggestions which was really helpful as this was our first time at a burger fuel! Chilled, reggae music playing. Really good service. We went in the 2 for 1 offer and the manager (I think) was apologising the website was taken down due to too much traffic n was getting more staff in as we spoke. Good communication to customers. Burgers were fresh as were the kumara fries

Wow. I can not rave enough about the excellent quality of food and service I was provided with by the Pt Chev Burger fuel team. I took my nana in a couple of weeks ago who has a bunch of dietary needs which the manger Mackenzie was happy to accomodate for with patience and a smile. The food was fresh and came out quickly considering how busy it was. She did let me know about the wait time which I thought was super considerate seeing as sometimes restaurants don’t communicate that well - however not a long wait at all! The restaurant and restrooms were very clean, the service was great and food was flawless. A big thank you to the team on behalf of nana and I, we’ll be making this our new go to when we’re back in town.

Foods always good. Havent been to a burger fuel where food hasn't been good. So really just comparing environment and service was a sunny day when I visited doors and windows were open giving a very nice warm feel to the place and felt very clean. Service and staff were helpful. Wud go here again no problem.

Staff were under the pump due to ongoing level 3 lock down and then a computer system error causing online orders to print all at once, aanndd on a Friday night! As a result my order was lost a couple of times BUT kudos to the team for getting it done and the staff at the front for keeping everyone informed. I've always found the staff here welcoming and the customer service is great, even when things happen that out of their control. I appreciate the vouchers too. As usual the quality of food was great and delicious as always.

Best Burgerfuel meal I've had in a while. My boyfriend and I have been mostly disappointed with the quality of meals from Burgerfuel over the last few years. The meal from the Pt Chev team however exceeded our expectations. We dined in, and our burgers were presented amazingly. The beef patties were cooked perfectly and there was the perfect ratio of salad and sauce. The two staff were friendly and provided great customer service. When we get Burgerfuel again we'll be going to the Pt Chev branch for sure.

Best burgers, best service. The crew are fabulous, friendly, and the owners are locals. Our most recent visit was during Alert 3, ordered online, and food was ready for contactless pick-up when I got there. They have also catered for us, teachers at a local school, 30+ delicious burgers and spud fries! Can't say enough about the place, we'll be back for our weekly V-Twin Vege soon.

We ordered the Modified Thunderbird and Burnout with aioli and fries online.. it was ready in 15 minutes, just enough time to drive there, park and walk in.
