We stopped by the shop on the way to Muriwai. We ordered the burgers online and picked them up in the shop. It is located near the roundabout after the entrance to Westgate just after the Z station. The parking area was really busy when we were there so it was hard to find a place to park. It was easy enough to get out and join the highway again since we were heading in the right direction. The burgers were as nice as other franchises. It was interesting that the burger doofer was made into the burger box. Just "unzip" the bottom bit and you can eat it from the box. Their kumara fries were nice and came with aioli. It was a nice place for a picnic burger lunch.

Burgers are great as always although I’ve noticed the prices have increased since last coming here about 5-6 months ago. Chicken/beef burgers now sit around the $15 mark but even then it’s probably still worth it. Better than any other gourmet burger place. Staff are friendly and seem to be having a great time behind the till which is always nice to see.

Very nice place! I go here all the time to eat and try the different burgers. The vegan ones are definitely underrated and deserve some attention. The amazing staff manage any problem, and when under a busy reception preform very well. I had a vegan birger the other day and for it being 1p-20 mins late i got a free drink to compensate!

Great team, they listened to my long list of an order and got everything right, the food was popping hot and great tasting. The only thing that I could "critique" was I somehow purchased an extra burger, however I think this was due to the fact I had ordered a burger type that is no longer officially on the menu, I by no means view the team negatively for this, I think that making my (very specific, non menu) burger was next level customer service and I'm happy regardless Plus the extra burger was made top notch, I just need to find someone who would like a burger 😅 I can't imagine that'll be hard around a bunch of gym junkies 🤣 Thanks again

Every time I'm at BurgerFuel Westgate I feel so loved and Welcomed. Last week Friday night the team was so amazing. It was busy the store was packed with people and we got our order in 8 minutes drove home and the food was still fresh and hot. Keep up the awesome work guys

This is my local Burgerfuel joint which never disappoints! Great Team and honest workers here; the only com I hold for this place is having no milk for the shakes this time round (which we thoroughly enjoy) theres no surprise as to why they ran out; their shakes are BOMB!!!!!! Lovely crew here ! We ordered a burger and realised a few minutes later it was not a chicken burger so changed our order expecting to be charged for the change as they'd probably already cooked the burger. Food was up to burger fuel standards. It was first meal since covid lockdown. Boy complained of to much aioli sauce, but I imagine most people would be happy with lots of sauce. Restaurant was clean and tidy, however my biggest concern was the slightly sticky table. But not a big problem as the staff was cleaning while we were there and may have not gotten to it yet. Thanks for a great dinner.

Got to say, best burger I have had! C n cheese tasted like a garlic bread turned into a burger. I could not find the world's to describe it other than "awww I'm finished already". Thank you for the experience and I most definitely will be back.

Great as usual with burger fuel joints. Friendly staff who are awesome. Same gourmet burgers and preparation from a fast food like restaurant. Quality of the ingredients speaks for itself. Parking may be an issue but that is common for all shops here and not just burger fuel. Can usually find a spot. It's just high volume in terms of traffic. Overall great local burger fuel!

Food was good, prepared fresh, served hot, this plus reasonably priced. Unfortunately my table was devoid of all useful accessories such as serviettes; quite bare in fact. Now, just in case management of this branch comes across this review, I want to commend the duty staff on Tuesday night, 26 March, between 2115 and 2145 hrs. She was friendly, helpful, and seemed to really enjoy talking to the clients. Unfortunately didn't get her name, but Well Done to her.

The food is always good. The staff are always cool. My order is always messed up: forgot to charge me for a shake so they didn’t make it, forgot to make the order so it’s been overlooked, overcharged - forgot to make the free fries free. Such is life.

One of the best burger places to go to. The staff are always hyped and have great banter. I have never had bad service from this place whether taking out or eating in. The tables are cleared and cleaned regularly and so are the toilets. Highly recommended.

After decades of munching Burgers going well back into the last century I have finally just had a perfect burger. It was presented looking like a burger should. It looked better in real life than all the fancy promo pictures you always see on TV or the menu. It didn't stop there, tasted perfect, well balanced flavours and just the right temperature.

Right next to Hell Pizza & Subway, this has a definitely better quality of food, with those tasty cheesy variety of beef and chicken burgers. Their Kumara chips with aioli is great for sides. Will be your best choice if you are really hungry and starving.

Honestly deserves a 5 star rating because the food quality, the cleanliness of the store and the work ethic of the staff is beyond amazing but the heat in store is horrible! Wanted to eat in one day but had to ask for it to be take away because the heat was sickening. Feel real bad for the staff because they have to work in the yucky heat but they always deliver with the awesome as food and great customer service.
