We stopped by the shop on the way to Muriwai. We ordered the burgers online and picked them up in the shop. It is located near the roundabout after the entrance to Westgate just after the Z station. The parking area was really busy when we were there so it was hard to find a place to park. It was easy enough to get out and join the highway again since we were heading in the right direction. The burgers were as nice as other franchises. It was interesting that the burger doofer was made into the burger box. Just "unzip" the bottom bit and you can eat it from the box. Their kumara fries were nice and came with aioli. It was a nice place for a picnic burger lunch.

Best out of all the fast food. Maybe a little overpriced? Parking can be a issue. Costumer service was good .

Standard Burger Fuel quality which is always great. Abit of a wait despite pick up order time. Car park quite tight especially at peak hour times.

The best Burger fuel Ive ever been to, Lenny and his team always welcome us with smiles & great service. We eat there 5 days out of 7 & we have no complaints whatsoever.

Food was great, my order was handed to me within a minute of arriving great service.

Burgers are great as always although I’ve noticed the prices have increased since last coming here about 5-6 months ago. Chicken/beef burgers now sit around the $15 mark but even then it’s probably still worth it. Better than any other gourmet burger place. Staff are friendly and seem to be having a great time behind the till which is always nice to see.

These guys are the best. They know exactly what I want, I have a special dietary requirement and they make sure I get what I asked for everytime. Thanks team. ❤

What can I say? It's burgerfuel chips are always supreme burgers are always amazing little pricey but worth it in my opinion Aoli is always supreme

Very nice place! I go here all the time to eat and try the different burgers. The vegan ones are definitely underrated and deserve some attention. The amazing staff manage any problem, and when under a busy reception preform very well. I had a vegan birger the other day and for it being 1p-20 mins late i got a free drink to compensate!

Had to wait 15mins after my online order was supposed to be ready. Bites chips and two of the burgers were good. Vege burger not so good. Patty was burnt.

Great team, they listened to my long list of an order and got everything right, the food was popping hot and great tasting. The only thing that I could "critique" was I somehow purchased an extra burger, however I think this was due to the fact I had ordered a burger type that is no longer officially on the menu, I by no means view the team negatively for this, I think that making my (very specific, non menu) burger was next level customer service and I'm happy regardless Plus the extra burger was made top notch, I just need to find someone who would like a burger 😅 I can't imagine that'll be hard around a bunch of gym junkies 🤣 Thanks again

Although it's more expensive than other takeaway options, it is definitely worth it! Yummy & fresh food, great service, chillaxin vibe, definitely a nice dinner out. Suits anyone who appreciates good food👍

Every time I'm at BurgerFuel Westgate I feel so loved and Welcomed. Last week Friday night the team was so amazing. It was busy the store was packed with people and we got our order in 8 minutes drove home and the food was still fresh and hot. Keep up the awesome work guys

I love their burgers so yummy and full of veges. Their chips and aioli are the best! I always get an extra aioli as one is never enough.

This is my local Burgerfuel joint which never disappoints! Great Team and honest workers here; the only com I hold for this place is having no milk for the shakes this time round (which we thoroughly enjoy) theres no surprise as to why they ran out; their shakes are BOMB!!!!!! If you're looking for something that is allergy cautious this is the burger place for you. Thank you for making the best burgers ever!

Love the burgers! So much flavour and awesome size. Chips are normally pretty good too but this time I found they weren't and crunchy and felt a raw in the middle. Hoping will be better next time

Lovely crew here ! We ordered a burger and realised a few minutes later it was not a chicken burger so changed our order expecting to be charged for the change as they'd probably already cooked the burger. Step in Ash their lovely manager who made the change with a smile and a very easy hospitable manner. Well done!

Claimed my free birthday burger as part of the BurgelFuel VIB rewards. Staff were very friendly and my usual go to of the American Muscle was cooked perfectly.

Food was up to burger fuel standards. It was first meal since covid lockdown. Boy complained of to much aioli sauce, but I imagine most people would be happy with lots of sauce. Restaurant was clean and tidy, however my biggest concern was the slightly sticky table. But not a big problem as the staff was cleaning while we were there and may have not gotten to it yet. Thanks for a great dinner.

I had a combustion Tofu burger, large of course. It was delicious ! A little bit messy with all of the sauces but really yummy. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though it was 2125 in the evening. As always big thumbs up.

Tonight we were that hungry that we went for a half hour drive to get burger fuel. Very fresh and hot @ fast. Really fulled the belly. They have glass bottled coke a cola. Always chilled perfectly. Really clean and the staff worked as a team. Our food was prompt. Thanks

Got to say, best burger I have had! C n cheese tasted like a garlic bread turned into a burger. I could not find the world's to describe it other than "awww I'm finished already". Thank you for the experience and I most definitely will be back.

Usually very good. Has been once or twice when the burgers have been sloppily put together and fell apart in the bag. But still tasted fine! Perfect all other times and fast, friendly service.

Love these burgers. They are a proper meal by themselves. Short wait while cooked fresh friendly efficient staff. This branch has a horrible car park so keep an eye on your car as may get dinged by less than clever driver.

Great as usual with burger fuel joints. Friendly staff who are awesome. Same gourmet burgers and preparation from a fast food like restaurant. Quality of the ingredients speaks for itself. Parking may be an issue but that is common for all shops here and not just burger fuel. Can usually find a spot. It's just high volume in terms of traffic. Overall great local burger fuel!

Food was good, prepared fresh, served hot, this plus reasonably priced. Unfortunately my table was devoid of all useful accessories such as serviettes; quite bare in fact. Now, just in case management of this branch comes across this review, I want to commend the duty staff on Tuesday night, 26 March, between 2115 and 2145 hrs. She was friendly, helpful, and seemed to really enjoy talking to the clients. Unfortunately didn't get her name, but Well Done to her.

The food is always good. The staff are always cool. My order is always messed up: forgot to charge me for a shake so they didn’t make it, forgot to make the order so it’s been overlooked, overcharged - forgot to make the free fries free. Such is life.

One of the best burger places to go to. The staff are always hyped and have great banter. I have never had bad service from this place whether taking out or eating in. The tables are cleared and cleaned regularly and so are the toilets. Highly recommended.

Burger Fuel here (Westgate) and the other BF store consistently produce great tasting Burgers with great variety of choices. This store in particular is our favourite for our date nights, and the staff are excellent. Cannot fault all of their customer service ever

After decades of munching Burgers going well back into the last century I have finally just had a perfect burger. It was presented looking like a burger should. It looked better in real life than all the fancy promo pictures you always see on TV or the menu. It didn't stop there, tasted perfect, well balanced flavours and just the right temperature.

Good food, the beef was very lean. Very efficient and friendly service, we were even given chips on the house as they'd run out of plates so they had to give us our food in a takeaway bag (which we didn't mind any way)

Great place great burgers

Right next to Hell Pizza & Subway, this has a definitely better quality of food, with those tasty cheesy variety of beef and chicken burgers. Their Kumara chips with aioli is great for sides. Will be your best choice if you are really hungry and starving.

The staff have all been excellent every single time, until the last time we went in and the south african (appeared to be the manager) lady was extremely abrupt and rude. I understand working in customer service can be difficult but we didn’t feel welcomed. The junior staff could teach her a few things

Ordered online, got there at the time it specified but had to wait another 15 minutes as they where busy. Burger was ok.

Honestly deserves a 5 star rating because the food quality, the cleanliness of the store and the work ethic of the staff is beyond amazing but the heat in store is horrible! Wanted to eat in one day but had to ask for it to be take away because the heat was sickening. Feel real bad for the staff because they have to work in the yucky heat but they always deliver with the awesome as food and great customer service.

Went here for the first time and got the tofu burger, sauce was messy but worth it and shakes are filling aswell. Cant go wrong with some kumara fries either :)

Consistent god food, not as greasy as other fast food places and has friendly staff. However serving sizes are pretty miserable. A thick shake for $5 that comes in a small cup.

My local BurgerFuel is the best. The place is always clean and service is very good. My burger comes out looking like a million bucks ready to be demolished.

I had THE BEST burger of my freakin LIFE from Westgate Burgerfuel! As A vegetarian it friggin sucks trying to find SOMETHING on a "fast food" menu, so I always hit up Burgerfuel for a v-dub vege, but seriously THIS BURGER from Westgate blew my mind - I altered the burger and added peanut sauce and brie cheese and it was better than sex. We managed to grab a parking spot right outside and put the number on the dash and the wonderful staff spotted it and bright the food out to the car for us. Great service and as always a great burger.
