Always busy and vibrant. An incredibly hard working and personable crew. Despite there is sometimes a queue out the door, staff remain courteous and professional. The food is excellent; well prepared and generously portioned. Their signature aioli is divine. Been back several times, and the food is consistently good.

My husband and I came here because we heard there were some pretty decent vegan option burgers. There were supposed to be three and all three, the tofu one, the v-dub and the v-twin were potentially vegan. When we went to order, we were told the tofu one and the v-twin were somehow made with egg whites! So now we were left with just one option, which was a tad disappointing. The chips were also nearly $5 for a pretty pathetic portion of fries. However, it looked like the staff were hustling very effectively for a busy Saturday night and the v-dubs were tasty! I would really like some clarification on whether the other two vegetarian burgers can actually be vegan sans aioli and cheese or not.

Went on Saturday night at around 8pm. Was quite busy but only had to wait around 10-15mins for two full orders (and we were able to order straight away). The standout were the staff; very friendly and providing perfect customer service in a demanding hospitality role. They all deserve to hear some positive feedback from management!

Def the best burger place around!!!! They are big in size and flavours unlike other brands that look like where sat on. Even my kids eat everything including the salad which is normally challenging.

Food is usually fresh however when orders are online they are late about 3/4 of the time regardless of how much time they give themselves. Faster for me to order at Albany and drive there instead.

My biofuel swap beef for chicken, low carb, with added dairy free cheese was delicious! made to my dietary requirements and all my extra aioli was there ! Slick operation pumping out multiple orders on a busy Friday night. For me, Burger Fuel is the best of the premium burger chains. Love their buns. Really love the vege burger. Appreciate the nice sauces. Definitely appreciate the cardboard thingy that stops everything from falling all over your lap.

As always Burger Fuel offer the higher end of burger menu - on this occassion they had sadly run out of milkshake mix but food was other wise in usual order...just delicious. Waitress advised of 25min wait for food at point of ordering which we accepted - it was peak time (lunchtime). Venue seating was hard to come by as place was busy but we sat with another party while waiting and by the time food was ready a clean table was available. Burger Fuel isn't a cheap option but worthwhile paying for as an occassional 'treat'. Good location - staff friendly and attentive - will visit again.

Delicious! Fantastic! Best burger ever! Had a salad wrapped burger instead of a burger bin! Had kumera fries with delicious alioli sauce! Yum! A little more expensive than most burger places but worth it! Great healthy options, Gluten free buns, veggie burgers etc.

Service was slow and the food was average at best. Both thickshake and ice Cream were melted before we got them as we waited 10 minutes longer for them. Have noticed that the burgers aren't as filling as they used to be. The kids burger had one of the buns put together the wrong way. Quite disappointed actually.

Fantastic food. The google times are a bit off to say the least.... Friday night can be a 60min wait but that’s what online ordering is for! Always high quality food regardless of when you order it. Would recommend the V-twin and spud fries, not even vegetarian but it tastes good.

Prohaps the greatest burger place in the world. Once I actually sure an angle there. I think she made the meat out of mana from heaven. Another time an employee from hells pizza walked in & she sued him away instantly. It’s like she refused their heavenly meals to be effected by the dark side.

They serve Halal food and gluten free. What more you can ask for! I really liked the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. I really recommend for any one looking for Halal food. Just mention to the order taker that you need Halal food and he is going to take care of the rest. Have a good meal 😊

I buy Burgerfuel Windsor Park at least twice a week because its close to work and usually delicious. But every time I order a Bio Fuel, it is not made with love, usually dry, egg is pretty much raw and beetroot is not juicy. This burger is one of my favs, please give it as much love as you do others, and I'll keep coming back.

One of the Top Burger Fuel Restaurants in North Shore City. During peak times it turns over huge numbers and always delivers top quality meals. However at a price, you come too Burger Fuel for the quality not the affordability. During peak times be prapared to wait.

Burger tastes really good however the construction of them is so bad every time. It is saturated in aioli and slides all over the places to the point half your burger has fallen out into the doofer or elsewhere. It's a messy job eating a burger but the burger itself is just a mess. Considering going to Albany instead now even though it is further away. I hope W.Park can improve this because apart from that, it's all good.

We are so happy we discovered BurgerFuel. A healthy option for when you are in the mood for takeout. The burgers the most delicious burgers ever without the nasties of processed food. They also have many options to suit your dietry requirements. My absolute favourite must be the Bio Fuel a Kiwi favourite with a free range egg and beetroot. We are regular visitors. We purchase online super easy and collect after. We have not been disappointed yet.

This is one of my son's always favourite place to have a great meals. It is not exactly same as other fastfood stores because, I believe, they serves better quaility food and I have no problem to be waited for 10 ~20min.
