Burgers were great ! the vegetarian tofu burger is a bit deflated but the peanuts make up for it. Unsure I’ll recommend their signature k-fries as it was super soggy and sour (likely overly sour rather than a balanced tasting dish). I would just save $ and just order Regular fries 🧐 This place was still bumping at 8pm on a Wednesday as there were many uber eats order! I will still come back for their other dishes

Tried Kimcheese burger and it was a nice combination of Kimchi taste with cheese with a juicy burger patty. Can't go wrong.

Maybe get rid of the best cheap eats sign tho... But really good food

We ordered the Old Boy,Gang Jeong, Seoulful Bites, and Bibimbap slaw. Both were solid burgers. Only thing we didn't like was the bun, too thin for our liking. The bun gets quickly soaked by the sauce. We also requested for the mayo to be separated, but they forgot about it, no biggie. Bibimbap slaw, not a fan of it. The sauce of the slaw was great, the slaw itself was just like the store bought salads. Seoulful bites was good, only complaint is it wasn't spicy enough as we expected, not asian spicy. Would come back to try other burgers.

I ordered online 45 mins before the chosen pickup time and when I came my order was still not ready. Fried chicken burger was average for the price. I find the bun too soft but that’s a personal preference. Overall didn’t live up to the expectations but wasn’t bad.

Delicious fusion burgers (buns were delicious too) both meat and vegetarian options. Also love their delicious K-fries and slaw

Above average “fried chicken burger” would have been nicer if the chicken was a bit crispier as it said double fried and unfortunately there was a bone too in my chicken bit disappointed. Galbi burger was good tho 👍

Korean inspired, a taste I'll never get bored of, a beautiful courtyard and awesome vibe on site, wonderful, friendly staff, this is definitely one of my happy places. Their whole menu is amazing. Great for cocktails too! Don't wait, just go. 😁

Unique Korean inspired burgers. Lovely service and outdoor seating area out the back is dog friendly. We enjoyed the chicken burger and the pulled pork burger. Also especially liked the vegan mayo (made with soy milk instead of eggs)!

Asian korean fusion burger. Tasted quite unique, but not enough to surprise us. I was hoping to get more Korean flavour in it. Reasonably priced. The burger was a bit small so it’s good to order sides as well. Fries was pretty good. Service was a little bit slow, but it’s alright.

Great food. Really flavourful. I am not usually one for gourmet burgers but this place does a good burger. The photo is of the chicken burger, sorry I had already taken a bite! Dropping 1 star just because the cost of the sides was a bit high for the smaller portions that we got, although the slaw was tasty! The burgers are adequately priced. All in all you won't be sad.

I ordered the chicken burger it was super tasty and the crumb was crunchy and thick, a good piece of chicken too it is a shame that I had to pay extra for lettuce and that the bottom Bun does get a big soggy but I don’t think you can fix that because of the Korean sauce they put on the chicken - I would definitely recommend coming here for the tasty flavours

This has become another one of my favorite burger places in Auckland. They have a very unique menu and lots of variety, of which most are korean-fusion flavors - and all very well put together. Highly highly recommend

Tiger Burger has won my soul. Between my partner and I, if we are in the area, it's nearly impossible to end up with a dinner suggestion that isn't Tiger Burger. Burgers are great value considering the quality and taste. The menu is the right size to give enough options but not be paralyzed with excessive choice. Every item on the menu is great and earn it's place. The menu adapts to the season and demand. Old occasionally makes way for new. Weekly specials and partnerships with other small time businesses are very neat. They are decently active on social media. I want to try all the limited time burgers I see! To be honest, the most disappointing but still delicious burger I've had at Tiger Burger was this Tofu option, but it's nearly impossible for me to love tofu and that's just me. It was still abundant with flavour, fresh and not dripping with oil, the bun was fresh, the nuts and sauce were flavoursome,b it was one of the least disappointing tofu experiences I've had! The other vegetarian option burger was delicious when I had it in the past and I'm not vegetarian.

Fantastic burger & crispy string fries at this burger joint with a Korean flair. Some options look pretty spicy! Nice staff & they have an option to sit in their heated & covered outdoor section & watch the world go by. Decent street parking just a couple of minutes away off Williamson Ave.

Beautiful Korean burger place! Kimcheese burger & Kimchi fries were delicious.

It wasn't too hard to find this place, just keep a look out for a golden tigers head in the shop front. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, they cleared away a table near the kitchen so I could take it since it was more comfortable than the one that was empty. Plenty of tables on the inside area by the bar and they also had a covered outdoor area in the back. Even though they were fairly busy it wasn't too hard to get someones attention to order. The seoulful bites came out first, crunchy fried chicken with a sweet chili sauce and mayo. I had the Old Boy burger with the beef patty and pulled pork. Both dishes were really tasty. While I was eating, it was the waiter noticed that my drink hadn't come yet so he went to sort it out. The rosey tiger is really nice especially if you like yoghurt/milky drinks. I had the mango float for dessert and that was also really nice, although it could've done with a bit more of a mango flavour. Nice place with good food and great service.

Some of the best burgers in Auckland, with some unique flavors that incorporate Korean cuisine. The Kimcheese burger is a must try. They also have a special burger, milkshake and beer. Service is excellent - staff are very attentive, and they gave us a free dessert when our order took longer than expected! Will definitely be coming back here

Great place if you want quality over quantity. they arent about big sized juicy burgers but they are just right and made with much detail. Loving the Korean fusions, one of a kind in Auckland imo

The couple of times I've been to Tiger burger, I've found them to be super flavorful. They're mostly too much for my taste, very intense would be an apt way to describe them, but they're good. The chicken burger in my photo was ridiculous in the best way possible. I just only needed about half of it! Great burger place!

Kimchi fries were delicious! Believe they have weekly special burgers, which makes the experience a little fun and adventurous. Great littler place if you're near the area :)

The place has a lovely backyard and serves amazing food. I had kimcheese w/ Kumara patty and it was absolutely delicious, would’ve appreciated more spicy but overall an excellent place for vegetarian/ pescatarian burger options. Fries are not included but fair prices considering this goodness was $16. Has limited parking spots as it’s located alongside a very busy road. They have table service and the place looks clean.

Got told about this place was really good and it certainly didn't disappoint especially if you like Kimchi. Great fusion of Asian into these burgers and good size that matches the sides. The Fry's and chicken as a side are perfect. Flavours work so well in the burgers and 3 of us had no complaints.

There are many burger places in Auckland and many of them are decidedly average. Tiger Burger is one of the best burger places in Auckland. Lately we’ve had a hankering for a really good burger so we came here and it did not disappoint. I had my favourite: the kimcheese burger. I love kimchi and cheese together, accompanied by tasty Taupo beef. My husband had the beef galbi with cheese, which was also delectable. The fit out is tongue in cheek pop art (“I chews you”) with a sunlit courtyard out the back. The service is always personable and efficient. There’s also a short but good craft beer list plus cocktails. If you’re hankering for a really good burger, this is the place to go.

One of the best price/value burger place. The place is not too big, cozy and pretty clean. The staffs were very friendly. You would have to wait a bit for the food to come out but really worth it.

Tiger Burger is definitely one of the top burger spots in Auckland and the country. Especially if you have a taste for kimchi and Korean flavours in general. Staff are super friendly, chilled atmosphere and fantastic food.

We went here because it was a list of must visit places that are kid friendly. I booked easily online in case they were busy. They were empty. A table had been set up for us at the front but we wanted to move to the back area where the heaters were. This was a roll your eyes chore for the waitress even though we moved everything ourselves. Nor sure why this place is kid friendly, nothing special for kids to do. Burgers were pretty good and food came out at a reasonable time. One time visit just to tick the box.

Fantastic atmosphere here. Loved the service - we had a fantastic young lady looking after us called Kata and I cant fault her service. She was polite, efficient and followed up to ensure we were happy with our meals. The food is gorgeous - I had the kimchi chips and the GangJeong burger. The family had the kimcheese burger - all very reasonably priced I felt. Tigerburger is definitely on my list for a return visit.

We came last night, we were very exited to see there was a sign at the entrance of Happy Hour. We asked our waitress about the happy hour and she didn’t make sense, she quite confused us, like she didn’t have a clue about it and didn’t want to deal with it? It was awkward So we changed the question: what do you have for happy hour? She literally said: it’s...a drink....with vodka I think....something with pineapple. (with a tone like “who cares”). And then she left. I thought maybe she went to find out what the happy hour was about but she just came back to take our orders. My husband and I looked to each other so confused by her. We noticed the tables were sticky but we didn’t want to deal with her any more, tho another couple came and they told her their table was sticky what she reply: I dont know why? Seriously what waitress responds like that. Over casual. The other asian girl seemed more professional tho. Also my burger was superb! I will come back definitely but hope not to get the awkward waitress again.

Super delicious burgers. The double kimcheese was amazing and the kids burger and fries also really good. The tap beer was surprisingly good also. All in all a highly recommended burger experience! With nice craft beers on the side. My only criticism is that real Korean food is way more spicy so they should have spice options like kiwi and Korean spicy.

So far you guys have got the best fried chicken burger in Auckland. The only thing that I was a little bit disappointed was the chili sauce. Very underwhelming. I was expecting something that will make me regret the next morning and my life's choices. The pulled pork burger was also good and so was the side of shoestring fries. Whatever magic you guys put on those fries really show. Absolutely love every bite. We will definitely come back. I'm keen on trying the fried chicken.

I tried Kimcheese and Galbi burger last week. Both are nice, but I prefer Galbi since I'm not really a kimchi person. Overall it's a cool experience. Waiters are really nice & helpful. Recommended.

The food here is always spectacular. I always get the gangjeong burger with extra tigers roar hot sauce and the kimchi fries and I'm never disappointed. The menu is small but they do everything on there really really well.

Actually some of the overall best food I've tasted anywhere - not just the best burgers. It seems like the concept is Korean food x burgers. Note I used 'x', not '+' - the result is greater than the sum of its parts. I reckon it works well. Get a tea beer to go with your burger, a weird but rewarding brew. I wonder why it isn't more popular. Finally, the staff are super cool. Good work guys.

Arguably the best burgers in the city. Consistently beautifully cooked patties with fantastic buns and fillings. Fried chicken bites are delicious. Fries are always cooked well and aioli is great.

I was searching for some Korean street food and luckily found this. I like the place it's very cosy and nice. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The burgers were mean and I really enjoyed them. They have quite a unique taste. Explore a flavour burst when you eat them. Would definitely come back again.

Hands down best chicken burger I've ever had. Amazing fried chicken, crisp fresh salad, perfect soft bun. Such a shame the portion of fries were soooo small! I would definitely come back more if the portions were more generous.

Seoulfuo bites - The chicken batter was super crispy, one of the most crispy chicken I've ever eaten, and the sauce was really good. The Old Boy burger - had the softest buns and the meat were very juicy. Excellent customer service too.

I've been visiting Tiger Burger for a few years now and their food is still the same at it once was when they first opened. You can't go wrong with whatever burger you order they're all delicious. I always fall back on the kimcheese burger as that's my favourite - good quality sautéed kimchi with the beef burger is perfection! Good ambience, good beer selection and the sides - kimchi frees and seoulful bites are good options to have as well.

Happened to be passing by on the way home and ordered online to pick up. Nice and easy ordering system, I went with the Gang-Jeong double fried chicken burger. Holy moly is was good, really good, I would go out of my way good. Thank you for making such a great burger.

These burgers have a fluffy bun, patties cooked to your liking and heaps of flavour. I do like that they have specials and rotating tap beer. Side dishes of fried chicken and fries are a winner. Their side dish of veges are average. Definitely give this place a go.

Best burgers in Auckland hands down! My favourites are the kimcheese and gang-jeong burgers, but all their food is amazing and love the Korean fusion! I come here all the time and could never get sick of it and always receive the best service too! Highly recommend!!

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Did I say it was good? The kimcheese burger was to die for, great pattie, good bun and just all around a great burger for $13. Food came out quickly and both burgers we had as well as the fries with sesame mayo were excellent. Will go here again and again and again.

Great burger restaurant. It is almost impossible to not have a great time at Tiger Burger; the service is perfect and all food selections are perfect, ranging all the way from sweet to savory and mild to quite spicy. The two evident weaknesses are the pricing and selection of drinks. Wallets will be lighter by the end of a filling dinner, and you will be sober, because the choice of drinks will leave you no choice but to wish they had Heineken.

I got the double fried chicken burger and we had the kimchi fries and chicken bites on our table to share. The chicken bites were pretty much just my burger but without the bun. The spicy Asian sauce on the chicken was kind of the only thing that made it Asian. I enjoyed my burger but wasn't like "wow". The kimchi fries were delicious though! Lots of local craft beers to choose from which is awesome and $2 off alcoholic drinks between 5-6. Main factor dropping my stars was the service. Only 2 wait staff on and it was quite busy for a Tuesday night. They were very slow and kept forgetting our drinks.

Nice food, awesome staff - definitely coming back again! Came in at 7.30pm on Friday with a friend and ordered the vege tofu burger and another burger with fries. It took a little while to get us the food since it was so busy, but the blonde waiter who was serving us was kind enough to provide the chips on the house which really was very generous and well appreciated. Turned what would have otherwise been a negative experience into a very positive one - thank you for that! The burgers were delicious -the sauce on the tofu burger is amazing, and the fries were crisp and crunchy.

Been in New Zealand for almost 2 years and first time trying the burger from tiger burger!! Their burger was absolutely delicious! personally loved their chicken burger and kimcheese. Will surely come back to get another burger :DD

Nice location with easy parking. Went with a party of four, and our dining experience took an hour overall, rapid cook time and lovely Seoul Chicken Bites, I tried the Hoisin Chicken Burger which I cut in two and ate, lovely fusion of flavours, the kimchi fries were average, maybe other people would enjoy it, but it wasn't great to taste. Mix up in pricing with Zomato Gold if it wasn't caught would've been charged extra. Overall an enjoyable experience, will likely come back or recommend.

Love the burgers here. Possibly best burger joint in Auckland. The cocktail that has yokult in it is bloody delicious. The donuts are also to die for. And most options are available as gluten free (celiac friendly). Definitely check them out!

I finally have a new favorite burger place! Kim cheese fries are shoestring, which means they cool pretty fast and will be unappealing in a short period of time, but still delicious while piping hot! My partner had the double fried chicken thigh burger, which was extremely delicious (juicy, fragrant, tasty) whereas I had the pork belly burger, also delicious. Definitely coming back for pictures - its now in my rotational list of great burger places along with Burger Burger.

Great vibes for chill hangs at the end of the day. The menu is great and I'd recommend their kimcheese burger, it can get a bit messy but it was so juicy it was worth it. Service is great, the staff are attentive without being in your face. I only wish the burger was bigger.

Great transition from a pop up store. Korean influenced burgers with a tasty traditional bun rather than the in fashion brioche bun and still served medium rare. Recommend the kimcheese burger and the fries. A cool layout and fit out n Grey Lynn.

The atmosphere was really nice, casual but nice. The food and service was exceptional. I really love this place. Definitely will try another burger, but the chicken burger with spicy sauce was really good.

Really enjoyed their kimcheese burger and sesame mayo sauce that came out with chips. Gangjung burger was okay in a way that I would rather have fried chicken pieces separately than being in a burger. I wish they had given us a bit more sesame mayo but apart from I was surprised to say that I enjoyed the burgers considering that I am not a big burger person. Plebty of tables, lovely staff and great service. I would happily go back to eat again

One of the best burgers in town and yes thats quite a statement for Auckland, and yes its true. Highly recommend their kimcheese burger, or a double if you're hungry. They also give free fries on Fridays!!

Local favourite of mine. We regularly try their specials. Love the Kimcheese burger or the Kimcheese fries. Consistently great service with a smile. If you'd never tried the soju give it a go but be warned it's strong. Boyfriend highly rates this place & keeps asking to go!

Quick service but the pork belly burger was too fatty, like the fat was barely cooked. A good flavour, not particularly Korean but a cheap eat. Would be better if the pork was cooked crispy like how pork belly should be.

I had the vegan options and they were amazing, the flavours were excellent but the different combinations of crunch and softness just made it such a great experience. Well done Tiger Burger

Love the burgers here. Definitely go give it a try if you're in the area. They serve Korean versions of burgers such as kimchi cheeseburgers, bulgogi(Korean grilled meat) burger, just to name two. They also serve chilli noodles, which wasn't that spicy in my opinion, but give it a try. Side dishes like Korean fried chicken and kimchi cheese fries are must haves. They also serve some local taps, pretty nice. The place is small and cosy, so you might not get a table right away.

There are lots of gourmet burger places now but this place has a unique Asian twist. Loved the kumura and shiitake mushroom patty burger! The kimchi fries are quite good although I was skeptical at first. Wish I could order in advance though. I phoned and they place your order in the queue after you call. Fast service though and love the text for when your order is ready.

Delicious burgers, particularly the vegetarian one, and fries with kimchi and cheese which is available delicious step up from poutine. Small but good drinks list including cocktails. Packed on Thursday through to Sunday nights so turn up, put your name on the list and go to close by Pocket Bar for a drink while you wait. Service isn't very attentive on slow days so may not be great if you're in a rush or want regular drinks.

I first went to this place when it was a pop up store at street food collective. Was extremely excited when they opened around the corner. Every burger on the menu is quality and their specials always give regulars an exciting new experience.

Excellent burgers, tasty sides, and great tap beer. However, disappointed the bill exceeded $70 for two people with one beer each - not great value for the simple kind of food served here.

If you like kimchi you'll LOVE Tiger Burger. The Kimcheese burger is amazing, and the Kimcheese fries changed my life. Very quick service at lunch, good beer list. Unique and delicious!

First time here and the burgers n fries are just mind blowing. So much flavor to it but I feel like it's a little over priced for the portion size you get. It's smaller than your average burger.

Have been coming here for a few years. If you're not okay with confined spaces maybe give it a miss. But if you like the sounds of a Korean inspired burger with kimchi and chilli then this is the place. The chicken burgers are the staple here. The beef and pork burger is a MUST try. Absolutely delicious. I wouldnt personally vouch for the crab burger. The crab meat if great but the salad needs to be changed to something with more supporting flavors as it currently overpowers the burger. Oh and soju shots. Dont forget the soju. Get peach. I go here far too often... the burgers are just too delicious! They don’t have GF buns but they do make them with lettuce wrap which is delicious.

Awesome place. Order the kimchi burger - it is excellent. Have had all the burgers there as well, really good. Don't order the chicken bites - small portion and expensive.

Reall yum! Only one veg burger but they have homemade vegan mayo that you can swap the regular mayo for and it plus the burger are deeeeelicious. A+. Not sure if it was on purpose but my mayo was in the shape of a V which I thought was cute.

A bit disappointed. $15-$18 Burgers should be awesome. We went here because the local chinese takeaways was closed. As it was probably should have gone to Burger Fuel or Burger King

The Galbi burger might be the first on the menu and seem like a basic choice, but it is not to be overlooked. Pairing a perfectly cooked aged beef pattie with korean galbi flavoured onions, neither flavour is overpowering or lacking, leading to the perfect korean galbi burger.

I used to go to tiger burger frequently. Not doing long trips to go there anymore. The quality seriously dropped while prices maintained.

If you love kimchee, this place is for you. My wife wasn't really into kimchee but could appreciate the quality of the produce anyway. Definitely recommendable.

Service was poor. To preoccupied with not enough training. To many staff doing to little! Food was ok for the price but they were out of a few things. With a menu so small that didn't leave to much choice. But hey they are trying to find their feet I guess.
