The place was clean, organised, the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. There was plenty of space for parking, as it is located at one of Z petrol stations. Comfortable places to sit, the food was good as expected and it didn't take long to get our order placed and delivered.

The service here over the last few months has become excellent! good sense of humour and very friendly. The burgers are also a lot more like the picture ands less thrown together. Well done guys. I used to hate this place and ate here as a last resort on the way home. Its awesome now. :)

Extreme quality burgers, friendly staff, and lots of variety. This is my favourite Burger King store. Although it’s hard to go in, but I guess it’s worth it. After I get a burger, it makes me want to get more. Once the funniest thing happened in the store. There was a TV inside and the channel was The Edge TV. But, on there it did a McDonald’s ad!😂 I cracked up so hard I almost lost my breath. McDonald’s ad, in a Burger King store? funny moments. I remember it having a Time Out place thing where you can get prizes in a fancy machine but sad to see it gone. Other than that, enjoyed everything.

I prefer this one to all the rest. You'd think that being a franchise you'll get the same ratios but I always feel done in at the other branches . They don't skim ont heir sauce, chips, and other fillings

Ive been coming to this burger king for about 5 years now. Its a burger king but they used to have this staff member with 'the alchemist' on his name tag and he wasnt afraid to tell you how he felt which i really appreciated. One of our flats best jokes was born here when we were told our food would take some time and i asked how long? The server replied with 'one second' and went to check. I turned around and told my friends, 'wowee thats fast.....'. We still laugh about it 4 years later

I buy BK almost every day. While I much prefer BK to McDonalds in terms of food quality, size, and price, this particular franchise has consistently bad service. I once lost 210 crowns because the worker forgot to ask for the code. While I like the flame grilled taste of BK patties, this BK often has over-done or black patties. Today I was in drive through for over half an hour at 10pm with only 2 cars in front of me when I entered the line. This BK is dragging the chain in general. Very dissappointing. I would really like to see a change, as I don't want to have to drive to moorhouse all the time instead.

Good place to go for quick meal, but not always. If you are planning to go there between 12pm to 1pm you may find long queues (school/college students having meal break). I have two bad experiences one I order BK chicken Burger and found bacon inside. Even asked before order, I don't want any bacon inside. Second one, staff was bit lazy take too long to take my order. Staff was not busy and staff passed me twice and said someone will take my order(no one did). After a little wait my order was taken. Don't take this wrong, I been there number of times and always good. I'm giving 4 star review because of two bad experiences.

This place is always so busy especially with school kids around after school. But alot of the time the tables and toilets are quite dirty. Food was ok though.

Minus 1 star cause floors seems to always be a little gross (slippery/oily/greasy), but hey it's a fast food restaurant so not extremely high expectations. It's got some seating and it's also got a Timezone area

I have been through the drive thru twice. Both times was extremely fast with hot fresh food. Service could be done a wee bit better but was still great. Been at the front of store few times as well and all times were quick service with quick fresh food. Overall very great. BUT.. Service could be turned up just a notch. Overall would love to come back.

It's been a long time since I've been to Burger King. But the alternatives have gotten so expensive we decided to try for the family. I'm amazed at the value. GET THE APP!!! Order on the way, when you are close it gets confirmed to the kitchen and you drive through to collect. Brilliant. Appears to be some app only special pricing too....e.g. 9 nuggets...

This Burger King is great for getting a snack whenever you're hungry. It's clean and light which is always good and the music is not too loud for conversation which is another bonus. However when there are a lot of people there the food can be a bit of a wait. I wouldn't recommend going straight after school as there are lots of high school students and it gets quite crossed and slow.

Our usual Burger King restaurant to satisfy our cravings for burgers. Easy access for us living in Wigram. They have a drive-thru for those times you'd rather not dine-in. Always top-notched in tidiness and their washrooms are regularly cleaned and maintained.
